Abstract: A tool includes a handle, a working device, a positioning device, a clamping device, and a fine adjustment mechanism. The handle includes a pivotal end, a grip end, and a plurality of retaining sections. The working device is pivotally connected to the pivotal end of the handle. The positioning device is moveable between a fixing position and an adjusting position. The clamping device is adjustably positioned on the handle. The fine adjustment mechanism for fine adjusting the clamping device is adjustably positioned on the handle and engaged with the clamping device. The fine adjustment mechanism includes at least one positioning unit alternatively engaged with a selective one of the plurality of retaining sections to fix the clamping device to the handle in position. The clamping device is adapted to be fine adjustably moved through a distance smaller than a pitch between two adjacent retaining sections.

Abstract: A multi-function tool comprises a shank body including a plurality of located grooves aligned thereon longitudinally; a pry bar including a first section, a second section extending from the first section for prying, a first receptacle longitudinally piercing the first section for slidably mounted on the shank body and two second receptacles transversely piercing the first section and in communication with the first receptacle; two clutches respectively disposed in the second receptacles for alternatively engaging with a selective one of the located grooves; and a foot hold disposed onto the bottom of the first receptacle; wherein the second end of the shank body is inserted through the first receptacle of the pry bar and installed to the foot hold, with the foot hold being able to rotate relative to the shank body.

Abstract: A locking device installed in a cargo support to lock a retractable tube, including a holder frame fastened to the outer tube of the retractable tube, a rack moved in a longitudinal sliding way defined between two parallel lugs of the holder frame, a driving lever pivoted to the holder frame for moving the rack, and a locking block pivoted to the holder frame and retained by a spring to lock the driving lever, wherein a L-shaped locating plate is mounted in the holder frame for the positioning of the outer tube of the retractable tube, having a round hole on a transverse section thereof through which the inner tube is inserted into the outer tube, two stop flanges bilaterally extended from a longitudinal section thereof and respectively engaged with respective end notches on the holder frame, and a lug extended from one stop flange and fastened to a lug at the holder frame; the holder frame and the locking block are respectively made of iron.
