Abstract: Apparatus and method for prying up boards nailed to raised edges of support members, as in deconstruction of buildings, using a deconstruction pry bar having a relatively long shank extending upward from a fulcrum having a lateral axis, and a relatively short claw with at least one tang that extends downward from the fulcrum. Each tang is laterally offset relative to the fulcrum to enable a user to pry up boards by positioning the pry bar fulcrum for pivoting on top of the raised support member edge while the tang of the prying claw extends along a side of the support member, and then using lever action to convert a downward force on the shank to a greater upward force applied under the board by the claw tang.

Abstract: An adjustable motorcycle prop jack comprised of a hinging device with an over-centre locking action for lifting and holding in place a motorcycle's rear wheel by lifting the motorcycle's right side over the pivot line formed between the tip of its side stand and the contact point of the front tire to facilitate maintenance requiring the rear wheel to spin freely. The invention is comprised of a base and lifting arm, and a pin and spacers inserted between the two to form a hinge. The motorcycle is lifted by placing the base of the invention perpendicular to, and on the ground, and the lifting arm under a lifting point on the rear right side of the motorcycle with the invention forming an obtuse angle. Upon engagement, the invention lifts the rear of the motorcycle off the ground and locks in an over-centre position.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a shelf organizing apparatus is provided. According to this embodiment, the shelf aligning apparatus comprises a flat elongated arm unit having a handle at one end and a hinge at the other end. A trigger is attached to the handle and a flat paddle is attached to the hinge. A cable connects the trigger to the paddle such that in a first position of the trigger, the paddle is aligned in the plane of the arm unit and in a second position of the trigger, the paddle is disposed at an angle with respect to the plane of the arm unit. The shelf organizing apparatus may be used by inserting in between rows of goods when in the first position. Then, with the shelf organizing apparatus in the second position, it may be used to line up the goods in an even row and to pull the row of goods towards the front of the shelf.
