Abstract: The micro bubble generator comprises a gas-liquid generating tank and an outer shell tank and the space there between is configured as a channel for the liquid. A plurality of liquid supply ports are provided in the channel and supply liquid through the channel into the gas-liquid generating tank from the liquid supply ports. Inside the gas-liquid generating tank, a swirling flow is generated by the supplied liquid and a negative pressure cavity is thereby generated near the axis of the cylinder axis. From the gas supply portion, gas is supplied from the outside by the action of the negative pressure cavity or by additionally forcing the gas supply. The supplied gas is formed into micro hubbies by the swirling liquid flow and is discharged from the gas-liquid outlet discharging port as a gas-liquid.

Each contactor includes a mass transfer vessel having a mixing section. The mixing section receives a gas stream and a liquid contacting stream. The mixing section mixes theses two streams and releases a two-phase flow. Each contactor also includes a separator that receives the two-phase fluid stream from the mass transfer vessel in-line, and then separates a vapor phase from a liquid phase. The separator has a gas-phase outlet configured to release the vapor phase as a treated gas stream, and a liquid-phase outlet configured to release the liquid phase as a loaded treating solution. The contactors may be used to remove water or other contaminant from a natural gas stream or other gas stream.

Abstract: The rotating disc aerator is a portable aeration device utilizing atmospheric air, rather than using a compressor for its air supply. The aerator includes a motorized base having a rotary shaft and diametrically opposed, oppositely reciprocating rods extending therefrom. A plurality of discs are disposed along the shaft and are connected to the ends of the rods. The discs are free to slide along the shaft as the rods reciprocate, but rotate with the shaft. A plurality of resilient absorbent elements (sponges, etc.) are installed along the rotary shaft between the discs. The aerator assembly is buoyant, about one-half of each absorbent element extending above the surface of the water when the aerator is placed therein. The upper portions of the absorbent elements absorb air as they rotate above the surface, and are compressed to expel the air into the water as they rotate beneath the water surface.
