Abstract: A move selector for randomly determining the movement of sailboat tokens along a sailboat racing game board. The move selector comprises a disc rotatably mounted within a cylindrical housing. A spindle is mounted on the disc axis for manually rotating the disc. The disc comprises two sets of numerals spaced at angularly equidistant intervals. Each set of numerals has an associated arrow on the disc which extends radially from the disc axis. A mask positioned over the disc has a plurality of windows and an arrow adjacent each window pointing radially away from the disc axis. The windows are spaced at angularly equidistant intervals such that when the rotating disc comes to a stop only one set of numerals and its associated arrow is visible through the windows. The associated arrow determines the wind direction.
Abstract: A toy cash register for young children and the like includes a housing having an indicia display window formed on a portion thereof with an indicia display disc mounted behind the window having a plurality of different indicia thereon for selective display through the window. An electric motor is provided for driving the display disc and a plurality of push button controlled, momentary contact switches are provided for connecting the motor with an electric power source for rotating the display disc for random periods of time when the contacts are closed. The cash register includes an indexing system for automatically indexing the nearest set of indicia on the disc with the window after the disc drive motor is deenergized. A sound generator is activated by rotation of the display disc and the cash register also includes a weighing scale, a credit card facility and a manually controllable cash drawer along with a remote, hand held implement simulating an electronic tag reader.

Abstract: Novelty game apparatus for predictably and alterably selecting alternate activities. The apparatus comprises a base printed with indicia to indicate alternate activities. A pointer rotatably attached to the base alternately indicates one of the alternate activities. Magnets disposed on the base and the pointer operatively attract and repel the pointer to select a predetermined category of activities.
Abstract: Roulette-type game apparatus comprising a housing consisting of a base and a transparent hood, a disc for providing a plurality of game fields, a drive actuating and attenuating mechanism consisting of a rotatably mounted drive spindle, a weight slidable along this spindle and an attenuating plate, and indicators such as dice or balls freely movable within said housing between the hood and the game field.
