Abstract: A bracket assembly including a plurality of components attached along a hem line, a plurality of attachment points along the hem line, a first bracket, and a second bracket. The first bracket connects to the plurality of components at at least one of the plurality of attachment points, and supports a longitudinal load applied to at least one of the plurality of components. The second bracket connects to the plurality of components, and supports a lateral load applied to at least one of the plurality of components.

Abstract: A sulky adapted to be pulled by a horse includes a rigid frame having rear and forward cross members and a pair of transversely spaced thills connected to and extending forwardly from the cross members. An elongate tubular frame member is used to mount a driver's seat on this rigid frame. A pair of transversely spaced, downwardly extending wheel mounts are pivotally connected at their upper ends to the rigid frame. A ground engaging wheel is rotatively connected to the lower end of each wheel mount. A torsion bar suspension mechanism is connected to both of the wheel mounts and the rigid frame for yieldably supporting the frame on the wheels. A shock absorber mechanism connects the tubular frame member to the rear cross member while the front of the tubular frame member is pivotally connected to the forward cross member.
Abstract: A two-wheeled sulky comprises a transverse platform made of composite material, provided with two forward extensions for pulling the sulky, and two side forks which carry the wheels of the sulky. Each fork is made of a composite material, and comprises two side panels facing each other, interconnected by at least two transverse plate-like spacing elements, which impart to the fork a strong framework structure.
Abstract: A harness connector includes a link connected to a harness with a first ball joint and to a sulky shaft with a second ball joint permitting horse leaning and lateral motion relative to the sulky shafts.
Abstract: A two-wheeled cart for training trotters, wherein the cart frame comprises two longitudinal rigid thill members, which at a central part thereof are pivotally connected through a cross connecting member to be vertically rotatable in relation to each other, wherein each wheel is individually resiliently suspended at a rear part of the respective thill member, and wherein a seat supporting cart member is separately resiliently suspended by the cart frame. A device for adjustable loading of the cart comprises hydraulic pump means arranged to load the wheels.
