  • Patent number: 11799647
Abstract: A physical card (in some cases without any on-board source of power or computing capabilities) is configured to maintain access information for digital bearer assets. The physical card may include disposed thereon a single address operable to receive digital bearer assets in one or more transactions on a decentralized computing platform, like a blockchain-based decentralized computing platform. Other decentralized computing platforms utilize different address generation protocols, thus preventing use of a single address on those other platforms. A set of addresses is generated, each address corresponding to a given decentralized computing platform. Each address is based on a same underlying key-pair, and a primary address is selected from the set for a given card. The remaining addresses in the set are stored, without storage of the public key or private key, and returned in a response to a request for additional addresses of the currency card.

  • Patent number: 11508264
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a label with a suspension handle includes providing a first layered material including a support layer and a releasable first front layer. A front surface of the first front layer is coated with a first detachment promoter layer, leaving a zone free of the first promoter layer. A handle area of the first promoter layer is coated with a second detachment promoter layer. A second layered material includes a second front layer and an adhesive layer. While the second detachment promoter layer is wet, the components are coupled, so the adhesive layer adheres to the free zone. The second detachment promoter layer-adhesive layer solidifies to bind the layers. In the second layer thickness, a suspension handle is separated from the handle area. A secondary label is superposed only over the first layer detachment promoter, and forms a label surround in the first front layer.

Abstract: A packaging wrapper is made of material having inner and outer laminate structures bonded together. A peelable flap is defined in the wrapper by means of offset score lines in the laminate structures, the structures being bonded together in a marginal region between the score lines by means of a peelable adhesive. In one aspect of the invention, the score lines are formed using a pair of contra-rotating die cylinders positioned on opposite sides of the laminated film Each cylinder contacts a respective laminate structure and has a blade for forming a score line in that structure. In another aspect, the laminate structures are bonded together using a single peelable adhesive both within and outside of the marginal region. In a further aspect, the structures are not bonded together in at least part of the marginal region to provide a lifting tab for the flap.

Abstract: An extended content booklet label having a substrate, a folded booklet and overlaminate. The overlaminate is applied to secure the multi-up book to the substrate. The area between the booklet and the substrate is devoid of adhesive so that the substrate can conform to the shape of a container without interference from the booklet. The booklet is held closed against the substrate by the overlaminate which extends beyond the booklet to adhere to the substrate or the container. The overlaminate can pivot away from the container to an open position where the booklet can be unfolded to access all of the pages.
