Abstract: Portable door locks are disclosed. One of the portable door locks includes i) a non-destructively removable door mount securable to a vertical door edge, ii) a deflection arm extending longitudinally from a distal arm end to a proximal arm end, and iii) a door frame engagement latch connected to the deflection arm proximate the distal arm end. The proximal arm end is connected to the door mount. The deflection arm is rotatable relative to the door mount between at least a biased position and a deflected position. The door frame engagement latch is movable relative to the deflection arm between at least a door frame latching position and a door frame gliding position. The door frame engagement latch is biased toward the door frame latching position.
Abstract: A digital door lock, and more particularly, an interface module device of a digital door lock is provided, which is capable of adjusting and aligning a position of a fastening bolt of the digital door lock so as to match fastening positions of a variety of locking devices while using a previously-installed locking device as it is. Accordingly, an interface module device for a door lock is provided, which includes a bracket, an interface bracket fastened with the bracket, and an interval alignment disposed between the bracket and the interface bracket to adjust an interval between fastening nuts inserted into fastening holes of the locking device.
Abstract: A tubular latch is provided which includes a case, a bolt, a hub rotatably mounted within the latch case to receive a door handle shaft, a cam integral to an outer surface of the hub and having a driving surface wherein rotational movement of the hub causes the driving surface to rotate with the hub, and a slider member movable, by the cam, from a first axial position in the latch case wherein the slider member is in an extended position to a second axial position wherein the slider member is in a retracted position. The latch further includes a latch spring adjuster plate moveable axially within the latch case that is adjustable and securable to a desired axial position within the latch case, and a slider member spring for biasing the slider member away from the latch spring adjuster plate.
