Abstract: A litter box cleaning kit includes a litter shovel having a nonporous bottom section for collecting non-solid waste, a curved section having a plurality of openings for collecting and sifting solid waste, a bag holder for positioning disposal bags in an open configuration and a caddy for storing each of the shovel, bag holder and disposal bags.

Abstract: A cord management system having a plurality of holders attached along the length of a cord or cable, with the holders insertable into a housing for storing the cord and for easily accessing either end of the cord without unwinding or tangling the cord.

Abstract: A securement device to make it much easier for a user to securely hold onto a personal, hand-held, tablet-shaped device such as an electronic reader, a tablet computing device, a cellular phone, a personal data assistant, and a common clipboard, including any of these items that are at least partially contained in protective housings—while minimizing the fatigue and discomfort on the user's hands: A typical device solves this problem by providing a system of one or more finger holds formed with a fabric or pliable material that are disposed on the back side of the personal, hand-held, tablet-shaped device. In many devices, the position and fit of the finger holds are easily adjustable by a user via hook-and-loop schemes.

Abstract: A beverage transport system used for the transportation of beverages includes a plurality of ring-shaped cup holders that engage tapered sides of a beverage cup. “T”-shaped fasteners and slots enable attachment of appropriately sized carrying handles to enable one-hand transportation of both hot and cold beverages. In addition to cup holders the system can incorporate a box-like tray to carry food stuffs, condiments, and other related items.

Abstract: The invention is a beverage cup tote to be carried on the forearm or with the hand. The construct has an enlarged first end attached with bridge section to an enlarged second end. There is a first hole in the first enlarged end, and a second hole in a second enlarged end. The holes may be rectangular or round to receive typical food containers or beverage cups. The bridge section has either symmetrical or asymmetrical quarter circle trimmings. A pair of constructs maybe affixed with each other with a pin clip, glue, or staples to produce a generally X shaped combination construct. The beverage cup totes may be manufactured as a combination construct by the manufacturer to produce a strengthened unit, or manufactured as a generally X shaped combination construct unit with cup openings on each branch. The process of using the invention is described.

Abstract: A hand tool for gripping and moving building materials includes a linkage having a grip at a first end. A plate having a gripping face is pivotally attached to a second end of the linkage. A generally U-shaped bracket is pivotally attached to the linkage adjacent to the plate and extends beyond the second end of the linkage so that a gripping face thereof is disposed generally opposite the plate gripping face. Upon inserting a building material between the plate and bracket gripping faces and lifting the linkage upwardly, the plate and bracket pivot so that the gripping faces firmly contact and grip opposite sides of the building material for transport.

Abstract: A wheel bag for an in-line skate has an upper opening, two opening edges containing a constrict band, which has two ends extending out of one end and connected with a position fastener movable along the band, and then with a male fastener or a female fastener. Then two wheel bags can contain therein two wheel units of a pair of in-line skates and be constricted by the position fastener, with the male fastener of one wheel bag engaging with the female fastener of the other wheel bag. Then the two wheel bags with the wheel units of a pair of skates can be carried on a hand or a shoulder. Or the two wheel bags can contain a pair of shoes instead of a pair of skates when the skates are worn for skating. Or a user can wear the skates with the wheel bags covered on the wheel units and walk on the ground or upstairs or downstairs safely without sliding.

Abstract: A carrier for beverage cups. A support panel includes openings for receiving beverage cups and a handle panel is foldably connected to the support panel along a centerline. The carrier is of two-ply construction, with the top ply of the support panel including a tab extending into each cup opening for contacting a cup and assisting in maintaining the cup in a more upright position. The carrier is formed from a one-piece blank.

Abstract: A storage assembly has a storage rack. The storage rack has a back rack wall, a right side rack wall connected to the back rack wall and a left side rack wall connected to the back rack wall. The left side rack wall directly opposes the right side rack wall. At least one first rail, but preferably a plurality of first rails, are connected to the right side rack wall. At least one second rail, but preferably a plurality of second rails, are connected to the left side rack wall. There is a top rack wall and a bottom rack wall connected to the back rack wall. The top rack wall is also connected to the left side rack wall and connected to the right side rack wall. At least one storage bin has a back bin wall and a front bin wall. The storage bin has a right side bin wall connected to the back bin wall and connected to the front bin wall. A left side bin wall is connected to the back bin wall and is connected to the front bin wall. There is a first groove, to receive the first rail, in the right side bin wall.

Abstract: A carrier for supporting and transporting shower related items comprising of a first major sheet of a semi-rigid plastic material, such sheet having a centrally disposed rectangular region constituting the base of the device, the base having parallel side edges and parallel front and rear edges formed by primary fold lines, rectangular end panels formed with the base on the sides thereof remote from the primary fold lines, the end panels extending laterally to form side panels and separated therefrom by secondary fold lines, the sheet adapted to have the end panels folded upwardly from the base at the primary fold lines and to have the side panels folded inwardly along the secondary fold lines to thereby form a rectangular shaped container with a closed lower surface and an open upper surface.

Abstract: A hardware carrier for carrying sorting and displaying nuts, bolts, washers and lock washers includes a generally rectangular shaped lower base member, an upper base member and a cover. The lower base member has a plurality of openings therein for supporting and displaying bolts of varying sizes. The upper base member has a plurality of posts therein for supporting and displaying a plurality of nuts, washers and lock washers of varying sizes. The upper base member is releasably locked to the cover and lower base member when the hardware carrier is in carrying mode.

Abstract: A portable storage rack for storing and displaying containers comprising a pair of pivotally joined planar base members positionable between a folded position wherein the base members are in back-to-back relation to facilitate easy, compact transport of the storage rack, and an unfolded position where the containers stored on the storage rack are all displayed. Each of the base members includes an outer container supporting surface having opposite ends, and each of the base members is provided with a pair of container support members for removably supporting a pair of containers in end-to-end relation adjacent the respective container supporting surface, each of the containers being slideably insertable between one of the pairs of support members from one of the opposite end portions of the container supporting surfaces so that the containers are always accessible regardless of whether the storage rack is folded or unfolded.

Abstract: An apparatus including a base container defined by spaced, elongate side walls and orthogonally mounted end walls. The end walls include a first and second handle mounted thereto utilizing "C" shaped brackets, wherein the brackets include intercommunicating, longitudinally aligned handles extending between adjacent pairs of the brackets, wherein the handles each include forward scalloped edges arranged to interfit in an interdigited relationship. An abutment block orients the scalloped edges in a horizontal relationship relative to upper scalloped edges of the storage container for positioning of artist brushes thereon during a painting procedure. The contents of the container includes a plurality of removable storage compartments and a compartmentalized tray with an overlying lid mounted thereover, wherein the lid further includes a scalloped upper edge for positioning of various brushes and the like thereon.

Abstract: A plastic body having a cylindrical hole through its center has a handle for hand-carrying the body. The hole is at least partially lined with an elastomer. The elastomer lined hole has a diameter approximately 1/8 to 1/4 inch larger than the cylindrical tank to be carried. After sliding the plastic body over a cylindrical tank, by tilting the body, the elastomer lined body surrounding the hole makes a two-point contact with the tank to be carried, thus allowing the lifting and carrying of the tank. The body has three T-shaped slots, each one of which is designed to mate with an external fixture for storing the tanks.

Abstract: A specimen tray apparatus is disclosed primarily for use in cell culture studies. The apparatus includes a tray and a plurality of individual cells in the form of specimen vessels which can be removably located in the tray. A lid is also provided for the tray and is physically identical therewith. Each vessel has a cover which is received in an opening in the lid when the tray and lid are assembled, so that pressure sensitive tape can then be used to releasably secure the covers to the lid while allowing one or more of the covers to be released when appropriate by peeling back the tape.

Abstract: A carrier for returnable beverage containers such as metal cans of aluminum or the like and bottles which includes a plurality of substantially rigid tubes connected together by clips or other connectors to form the carrier. Each of the tubes is vertically elongated to receive a plurality of vertically oriented containers in stacked relation. Carrying handle structure is attached to the carrier to enable it to be easily carried and the bottom ends of the tubes have a retainer which can be rendered ineffective to enable the returned containers to be discharged by gravity from the lower ends of the tubes thereby enabling a plurality of returnable containers to be easily returned to the point of purchase for refund of a deposit with the modular construction of the tubes and the interconnecting clip arrangements enabling variation in the capacity of the carrier.
