Abstract: A disposable or reusable food base tray and plurality of container modules is disclosed which allows the user to both hold food directly in compartments on the base tray and configure a plurality of similar or different food and beverage container modules selected by the user to securely fit the compartments on the surface of the base tray. Container modules include but are not limited to bowls, partitioned modules, cups, cup adapters, platters and other container modules. An additional feature includes the ability to stack an additional tray securely on top of said container modules. An additional feature includes unique themed identifiers on base trays and container modules so that users can readily identify and remember which items belong to the user.

Abstract: A sugar cone toasting assembly includes a spike that has a pointed end to penetrate ground near an open flame. A rod is removably attachable to the spike and a barrier is removably attachable to the rod. In this way the barrier can be elevated above the ground when the rod is attached to the spike and the spike is inserted into the ground. A plurality of holders is each disposed on the barrier and each of the holders extends over the open flame when the spike is inserted into the ground. Each of the holders has a curved portion forming a circle to receive a pointed end of a sugar cone thereby facilitating the sugar cone to be toasted by the open flame.

Abstract: A flexible carrier for carrying a plurality of containers includes a flexible sheet having two or more rows and multiple ranks of container apertures formed therein. The plurality of containers are each placed into a respective container receiving aperture and are thus unitized in a package. The flexible carrier further includes a plurality of handles corresponding with the multiple ranks, each handle formed at a periphery of the flexible sheet and a line of weakness formed between the transverse ranks. As a result of the described configuration, the flexible carrier is divisible into multiple sub-carriers, each unitizing a set of containers and each including a handle along a respective transverse edge of the resulting sub-carrier.

The grocery bag tote system has a plurality of support arms that are connected to and extend outwardly from approximately a middle of the grocery bag tote system. A handle is also connected to approximately the middle of the grocery bag tote system. A plurality of notches are placed in an upper surface of the plurality of support arms. The handle of a grocery bag is placed within and held by these notches. This arrangement allows a user to carry a plurality of grocery bags without damaging the contents of the grocery bags as the grocery bags are held in spaced alignment to one another as they are carried.

Abstract: A fishing rod retainer system is a device for enabling a fisherman to conveniently carry and transport several fishing poles at once, without tangling the fishing lines, to a fishing location for use. The device also uniquely enables the fisherman to stably place the multi-fishing-rod holder assembly in a vertical position on the flat outside surface of the second end-cap pole retainer, onto a flat ground surface, with multiple fishing rods securely placed within the plurality of first pole receivers and second pole receivers. The first end-cap pole retainer and the second end-cap pole retainer have in line concentrically located apertures that are about 2 inches in diameter so that the multi-fishing-rod holder assembly is able to be slideably inserted onto a secure post for complete stability during usage.

The carrying handle consists of a rectangular grip plate, a tab at each end of the grip plate extending away from the grip plate about perpendicular to the surface of the grip plate, and a grip guard on each side of the grip plate also extending away from the grip plate about perpendicular to the surface of the grip plate. The tabs and grip guards all preferably extend in the same direction away from a inner surface of the carrying handle. The tabs are configured thin such that it can be inserted into and through an opening in a cylinder collar bracket.

Abstract: Disclosed is a device for carrying a hose or other tubular member. The device includes a first base member releasably connected to a second base member. The first and second base members operate to form a plurality of openings sized to receive a length of hose or other tubular member. The plurality of openings may be configured to permit charging of the hose without removing the hose from therein. The device may include a locking mechanism for selectively securing the first base member to the second base member. The locking mechanism may define a handle for supporting the device. The locking mechanism may further include a handle release for selectively unlocking the locking mechanism.

Abstract: A paint caddy includes a base having at least two walls and a pole coupled to and extending upwardly from the base. The base has at least one base support extending between the walls for capturing and supporting a paint tray therebetween. The pole has at least a substantially vertical portion and a substantially horizontal portion, with the substantially horizontal portion serving as a handle for carrying a paint tray. A hook extends from the pole and is positioned below and spaced from the handle.

Abstract: A loading device using multiple handles with straps or loops dispensable sequentially to at least one but preferably two loading arms is shown for loading and closing bags with handles. While one loading arm may be used, two or more loading arms are preferable and these arms rotating about a stand above a loading and unloading area is preferable. A support which moves with the loading arms to support the bags as they sit on the loading arm. The multiple arms may be dispensed as a plurality of sequential straps and handles that are connected together so they can be fed steadily onto the loading arms on either side as they are used. The device is specifically designed to be used in conjunction with a bag loader so that the user may load the bags and then put them over the straps on one or more rack arms and then close and lift the bags utilizing the handle running through either a loop formed by the straps or an opening provided in a strap for that purpose.

The handle has a carrying portion and at least two attachment portions. A single retainer ring is secured to a single container, and each retainer ring includes at least one handle receiver for receiving and retaining a single attachment portion of the handle. Each attachment portion includes an upper leg-stop transition portion joined to an upper attachment stop. A lower attenuated attachment leg is joined to the upper attachment stop and terminates in a lower attachment stop. Each handle receiver includes first and second resilient jaws that define a receiver mouth and a receiver central opening. The resilient jaws are movable between a minimum retaining position and a maximum receiving position to facilitate securement of an attachment portion to a handle receiver.

When splayed out in one direction the support members lock 90° apart and when splayed out in the other direction, three of the support members (14, 16, 18) lock 120° apart, with the other support member (12) lying under the adjacent support member (14).

Abstract: The container of this invention may have a plurality of slots formed proximate an upper perimeter of the container such that a lower portion of the slots is exposed when a lid is secured over the upper perimeter. Optionally a plurality of notches may be formed in the container below the slots. Hooks of tie down straps engage the slots and are held in place therein by the lid. When the slots are present hooks of tie down straps are secured in the slots. Another embodiment includes a hanger having a handle and an optional L-piece, the handle having apertures or notches, which can be, for example oval or rectangular, for securing both hooks of a tie down strap, the L-piece either attachable, or permanently attached, to the handle for further securing the hooks disposed in the apertures. Yet another embodiment includes a receptacle having an attachable or permanently attached bracket or plurality of brackets, each bracket having slots, each slot for storing both hooks of a tie down strap.

The handle is attached to the bag transversely to the bag opening. The handle supports the bag in a balanced configuration without a tendency to rotate in the hand. Alternatively, one or more bags may be mounted in each slot and carried by the handle between them.

Abstract: The invention is a beverage cup tote to be carried on the forearm or with the hand. The construct has an enlarged first end attached with bridge section to an enlarged second end. There is a first hole in the first enlarged end, and a second hole in a second enlarged end. The holes may be rectangular or round to receive typical food containers or beverage cups. The bridge section has either symmetrical or asymmetrical quarter circle trimmings. A pair of constructs maybe affixed with each other with a pin clip, glue, or staples to produce a generally X shaped combination construct. The beverage cup totes may be manufactured as a combination construct by the manufacturer to produce a strengthened unit, or manufactured as a generally X shaped combination construct unit with cup openings on each branch. The process of using the invention is described.

A left front band portion and a left rear band portion are integral with the strip left end and have their free ends connected together by an adhesive to form a left bucket band with a left bucket receiving passage. A right front band portion and a right rear band portion are integral with the strip right end and have their free ends connected together by an adhesive to form a right bucket band with a right bucket receiving passage. Both bucket receiving passages are conical and receive buckets with frustoconical walls. The bucket bands have a vertical height that exceeds one-third the height of a bucket to be received.
