    Abstract: A movable carriage for a movable, tarp enclosure system includes a main body, plural primary support wheels connected to the main body and configured to engage and roll along support rails while supporting the movable carriage, at least one smaller stabilizing wheel connected to the main body and configured to engage the support rails for stabilizing and/or aligning movement of the movable carriage as it moves along the support rail supported by the primary support wheels, and a housing to which the at least one stabilizing wheel is rotatably secured. The housing is provided with one of a guide track and a channel which securely and sliding receives the guide track therein, the main body is provided with the other of the guide track and the channel, and the housing is secured to main body by engaging the guide track within the channel.

    Abstract: A drive mechanism unit (1) for moving a cover (9) in an motor vehicle comprises a motor (2) for driving a flexible shaft (3) and a gearing (4) for converting the rotation of the shaft (3) into a translation of a drive element (7) connected to the carrier, wherein the carrier is provided for deflecting the cover (9). The space required for installation was kept to a minimum. The drive is designed such that the cover (9) is extended and retracted in a uniform fashion. Mounting is quick and simple.

    Abstract: A convertible top for an automobile includes a rear window of glass or the like connected to the top by a track linkage adapted to guide the rear window between deployed and stored positions as the top is raised and lowered. The convertible top comprises a fold-down frame supporting a fabric top material, and defining a rear panel with a rear window opening therein. The rear window has a lower margin hingedly connected to the rear panel along a lower edge of the rear window opening. The track linkage includes a pair of track members disposed at the laterally opposite side edges of the rear window and slidably coupled to the rear panel to permit pivoting movement of the rear window within a plane which is independent of the rear panel as the convertible top is raised and lowered.
