Each adhering portion includes vertically extending portions, and the adhesive retaining portions of the inner panel are formed in the shape of an extended raised portion and extend vertically in the respective vertically extending portions of the adhering portions, along ventilation openings, which are formed at locations corresponding to groups of ventilation holes of the outer panel. Each adhesive retaining portion is provided at the middle of each vertically extending portion of the adhering portions so as to be flanked by adhesion margins of identical width.
