Abstract: The present invention is directed at a stand that can elevate a user above the ground at a desired location and also be reconfigured into a two wheel cart which can be pulled or pushed by a user or a transporter (like an all terrain vehicle.) A pair of wheels are mounted on a “U” shaped split axle assembly wherein a ladder assembly and a pair of legs are each coupled to one of the wheels to form an elevated base when the footings of the ladder assembly and the pair of legs are in contact with the ground. Once the base is erected, a seat is fixed to the inside of the “U” shaped split axle assembly below the free wheel to form a covered seat assembly. A user gains access to or egresses from the base by the ladder assembly. The elevated stand can be reconfigured into a cart by uncoupling the legs and ladder assembly from the base and repositioning the split axle assembly such that both wheels are in rolling contact with the ground.

Abstract: A safety sign system comprises one or more traffic or informational signs, an expandable pole, a detachable umbrella canopy assembly, and a safety finial assembly. The signs are removably attached to a sleeve that surrounds a portion of a pole and rests upon a sign support. The sleeve with the signs attached swivels about the pole. The umbrella canopy assembly is attached to an upper end of the pole and may include additional features including reflective tape, vents, drop-down flaps, reflective coating, and lights. The safety finial assembly is removably attached to the top of the umbrella canopy assembly and may include flag supports, removable flags, and a safety light assembly. The safety sign system optionally further comprises a collapsible seat, a beverage holder, a satellite tracking device, a communication device, a base, and a control panel for operating the safety light and other features.

Abstract: A folding massage chair that includes a chair with attached front and rear support frames. The chair includes a seat portion and a backing portion, and also includes a massage and heating pad that is placed over the seat portion and a backing portion. The massage and heating pad includes a number of heating units and heating coils, along with a number of vibrator units. The chair also includes a cup holder and a music player holder, along with a foot rest attached to the front support frame. The chair also has a canopy that is attached to the backing portion.

Abstract: An adjustable connector for elongated members is provided having a mount attached to a first elongated member, such as a chair support, and a tubular arm assembly pivotally connected to the mount and attached to a second elongated member, such as an umbrella or flag. The arm assembly is selectively positioned in relation to the mount by adjusting pegs that extend from the arm assembly and engage receivers in the mount. A tubular cam within the arm assembly is connected to a tubular sleeve on the exterior of the arm assembly. The sleeve is slid toward the mount causing the cam to disengage the pegs from the mount receivers permitting repositioning of the arm assembly from a position adjacent to the mount, through perpendicular to a position parallel to the mount. The connector may be collapsed and remain connected to the elongated members when not in use.

Abstract: An infant carrier apparatus comprises a support frame, a seat assembly and handle assembly respectively connected with the support frame, a backrest frame, and a child holding accessory. The child holding accessory can be detachably installed on the infant carrier apparatus, supported by the backrest frame and the handle assembly. In one embodiment, the child holding accessory includes a support bracket and an enclosure. For installing the child holding accessory, the backrest frame is adjusted to a position inclined forward. The child holding accessory can be then installed between the backrest frame and the handle assembly, wherein the child holding accessory has two opposite end portions respectively connected with the backrest frame and the handle assembly.

Abstract: A chair for use during wade fishing in order to allow the user to sit above the water line has a director's chair with four feet, two forwardly located and two rearwardly located. Extensions are threadably removed within receivers attached to each foot, the extensions having pointed ends that are received within the sandy bottom below the water line. Steps are located just below the feet to help a user get into the chair. Weight distribution disks are frictionally held on the extensions to prevent undue sinking of the chair. Pouches, both mesh and waterproof, are attached to the arm rests and the seat of the chair. A rod holder is receivable within an opening on the arm rest. A receiver is attached to the frame of an upper portion of the chair to hold an umbrella.

In some embodiments, the shading apparatus include a primary shaft secured to a fixed base such as a pedestal seat. A height adjustable and telescoping secondary shaft is inserted concentrically into the primary shaft. A pivot joint assembly is secured to the secondary shaft, and a shading device is mounted to the pivot joint assembly. The pivot joint assembly allows for rotational, pivoting, and sliding adjustment in order to provide positional flexibility to the individual seeking shade.

Abstract: A device allowing its user to securely attach a large beach umbrella to the frame of a portable chair or chairs. The device has two mounting plates, which may be easily attached and removed from the frames of either one or two chairs. The umbrella pole will be inserted through a pair of compression fitting mechanisms, which are secured to the mounting plates. When not in use, the device may be easily dismantled, stored and carried in the same bag as the chair.

Abstract: The lawn chair screen and cover is an enclosure system for lawn or folding chairs to protect the occupant from flying insects. The lawn chair screen and cover is made of fabric mesh and supported by a frame structure that may connect to the chair by rope, hook and loop fasteners or clamps. The fabric mesh extends around the chair, thus allowing the user full visibility and air flow through the lawn chair screen and cover. The sloped front of the invention provides a door closed by a zipper. The assembly comprises a tennis net post attachable shaft having an upper first bracket and a lower second bracket thereon. The first bracket and the second has a tennis post gripping arrangement therein to permit the seat assembly to securely be attached to any tennis post. The umbrella assembly includes a receiver tube adapted for receiving an umbrella post to support the umbrella in an upright attitude. The receiver tube provides a pair of L-shaped ears extending from an exterior surface, and the chair back portion provides a mounting block engaged on a rear surface of the chair back portion. The mounting block is adapted for receiving the pair of L-shaped ears within a corresponding pair of L-shaped holes within the mounting block so as to stabilize the umbrella assembly on the chair.

Abstract: A beach chair with a sunshade in accordance with the present invention consists of a chair (10), a sunshade (20) and a securing device (30) mounted between the chair (10) and the sunshade (20). The securing device (30) comprises a toothed ring (31) mounted on the chair (10), a locking collar (32) rotatably mounted around the toothed ring (31), a locking block (33) rotatably secured inside the locking collar (32) and a ratchet wheel (34) holding the sunshade (20) and rotatably mounted on the locking collar (32). The sunshade (20) can be moved in two directions by operationally rotating the ratchet wheel (34) relative to the locking collar (32) and rotating the locking collar (32) round the toothed ring (31) to achieve an optimum inclination position for shading. Additionally, the sunshade (20) can be folded against the chair (10) so the beach chair can be easily carried.
