Abstract: A head restraint system includes a first support arm formed of a flexible material. The head restraint further includes a first clamp arm coupleable to a child seat. A first joint for coupling the first support arm to the first clamp arm is configured to allow actuation of the first support arm between a first position extending horizontally across a portion of a child's forehead and a second position disposed away from the child's forehead.

Abstract: A support frame removably engageable with a wheelchair using no fasteners or tool-requiring engagement components. The support frame is slidably engaged and disengaged to the wheelchair by vertical translation. In an engaged position the weight of the support frame and anything attached thereto is born entirely by the rigid frame of the wheelchair through a positioning of support members of the frame in a frictional engagement atop the push handles of the wheelchair. So engaged, the support frame allows for easy transfer to other wheelchairs or easy removal and engagement from a collapsible wheelchair prior to or after transport of the wheelchair in a car or vehicle.

Abstract: A vehicle seat neck protection device (8) that protects and supports the nape of the neck (4) of a user wherein the device (8) has a body (27) of a predetermined size and shape and a convex surface (6) for positioning the device (8) behind the nape of a neck (4), a rear wall (10) located on the body (27) and at least one securing means (7) located on the rear wall (10) for securing the vehicle neck protection device (8) to at least one post (3) of a vehicle headrest (1). The body (27) may include a cushion area (12) that forms the convex surface (6) and a dense area (11) located between the cushion area (12) and the rear wall (10). In the alternative, an inflatable bladder (17) may form the convex surface (6) wherein a user may selectively adjust the degree of inflation of the bladder (17). The bladder (17) may also be automatically inflated upon strong impact against the vehicle itself. The device (8) may be retroactively fit onto an existing vehicle headrest (1) or may built-into a vehicle headrest (1).

Abstract: A portable traveller headrest is provided. The portable traller headrest includes a bar that may be articulated so that it can be folded onto itself, the ends of said bar having transversal holes to fix the bar to a seat with a fixing mechanism that adapts to different thickness of a top edge of various seats and fixes the bar to a backrest of the seats by pressure and at a desired height chosen by the user. Headrest elements, which comprise thin plates made of a rigid material and have a cushioned cover, can be connected, disconnected and rotated in discrete positions relative to the bar . The fixing mechanism is hingedly mounted in holes located on the bar, thereby requiring little space for storing the assembly.
