Abstract: A chicken wing meat removal apparatus for removing meat from chicken wings includes a planar tool body with a left end portion, a right end portion, and a body portion extending between the left end portion and the right end portion. The left end portion has a first left jaw and a second left jaw defining a left receiving area to receive a chicken wing. The first left jaw has a first left notch along a first left inner edge and the second left jaw has a second left notch along a second left inner edge. The right end portion has a first right jaw and a second right jaw defining a right receiving area to receive a chicken leg. The first right jaw has a first right notch along a first right inner edge.

Abstract: A motor housing of housings forming an outer casing of a tool main body is provided with two battery attachment portions allowing attachment of rechargeable batteries. The two battery attachment portions are configured as slide attachment type battery attachment portions. The two battery attachment portions are suited to slide attachment type rechargeable batteries that are attached through sliding. The two rechargeable batteries are attached in the right-left direction of the tool main body so that the two rechargeable batteries can be arranged side by side in the direction in which the tool main body extends.

Abstract: The present invention is a deseeder and vegetable peeler with a front half and a back half that includes a handle that includes an elongated oval portion that ergonomically accommodates a user gripping the deseeder and vegetable peeler and a deseeding tool that includes an elongated scoop with a distal end and a proximal end and a double-sided vegetable peeler that is disposed on the approximate front half of the deseeder and vegetable peeler. There is also an attachment interface that attaches the handle to the back half of the deseeder and vegetable peeler and a pointed end that is utilized to puncture any vegetables or fruits that are to be deseeded or peeled with the deseeder and vegetable peeler.

Abstract: A fruit or vegetable slicer, particularly suitable for slicing between the edible portion of a watermelon and its rind. The slicer comprises a cutting blade made a thin flexible or bendable food compatible material and having at least one cutting edge; a positioning strip; and a connector mechanism for operably connecting distal ends of the cutting blade and positioning strip to each other and adapted to allow the positioning strip and cutting blade to swivel relative to the connector mechanism.

Abstract: A skinning knife comprising a handle, a convex skinning blade, and one or more spreading members disposed at the forward most position of the knife so as to spread apart two portions of an animal hide that have been separated as the knife is thrust forwardly. A preferred embodiment also features a slitting blade disposed at a forward portion of the handle and having an upwardly- and forwardly-directed cutting edge, and a retractable punch blade disposed in the handle beneath the slitting blade for opening a hole in the hide when the knife is thrust forwardly, the first spreading member having a slot therein for receiving the punch blade. A blade actuation mechanism is provided for selectively moving the punch blade forwardly and rearwardly through the slot in the first spreading member. In alternative embodiments, an actuation mechanism moves the skinning blade or the spreading member.

Abstract: A skinning knife, comprising a handle, a slitting blade disposed at a forward portion of the handle and having an upwardly- and forwardly-directed cutting edge, a first spreading member disposed at the forward most position of the knife so as to spread apart two portions of animal hide or other material that have been separated by the slitting blade as the knife is thrust forwardly, and a retractable punch blade disposed in the handle beneath slitting blade for opening a hole in the hide when the knife is thrust forwardly, the first spreading member having a slot therein for receiving the punch blade. A punch blade actuation mechanism is provided for selectively moving the punch blade forwardly and rearwardly through the slot in the first spreading member. Preferably, the skinning knife also comprises a second spreading member disposed below and forward of the first spreading member for facilitating entry into a small slit.

Abstract: A single-handedly operated citrus fruit segmenter having first and second arms such that squeezing the arms into a closed position causes a curved movable scoop to extend into a citrus fruit proximate to a triangular blade and form a segment-shaped compartment. The actuation of the curved movable scoop occurs by a user squeezing the first arm toward the second arm. A pin on the first arm is operatively connected to an elongated slot of a cam mechanism such that the rotation of the first arm about its pivot location causes the cam mechanism to rotate about its own pivot location. Therefore, the cam mechanism, being also connected to the curved movable scoop, forces the curved movable scoop into the citrus fruit.

Abstract: A cordless electric knife having a rechargeable battery pack interchangeable with other power tools. The cordless knife includes a main housing having a DC motor driving a plurality of pistons. The pistons move at least one blade in a cutting motion. The cordless knife also includes a heavy duty 12-volt battery pack which may be interchanged with other power tools.

Abstract: A grapefruit knife for use in cutting sections of edible fruit from the less desirable membrane and peel is disclosed. The present invention includes a handle having two opposing ends, a single cutting blade attached to one end of the handle, and a scooping blade attached to the other end of the handle. Each of these blades has two cutting edges. On the cutting blade the two cutting edges are aligned serially, in a plane, to cut in the same direction, while on the scooping blade the cutting edges are opposingly arranged.

Abstract: A one hand-operated citrus fruit segmenter having a handle with a grip on one end and a triangular blade with diverging segmenting surfaces on the other end, a scoop moveable toward the segmenting surfaces to form a closed compartment to entrap a fruit segment for removal from the fruit, an operating mechanism having a pair of finger pads connected to a drive rack that drives a driven rack via a pinion gear, the driven rack connected to the scoop to pivot the scoop toward the fixed blade, the heel of the user's hand pressing against the grip to hold the handle while the fingers of the same hand pull on the finger pads.
