Abstract: A lifting method for a lesion area of the present invention includes: a step of introducing an anchoring tool having a magnetic body and an anchor into a hollow organ having a lesion area, by using a working channel inserted from a natural opening into the hollow organ; a step of anchoring the anchoring tool, by sequentially placing the anchor in a predetermined position around the lesion area, so as to arrange a plurality of the magnetic bodies around the lesion area; and a step of lifting a tissue including the lesion area, by attracting the magnetic bodies using the magnetic field generation tool arranged on the outside of the hollow organ.
Abstract: An apparatus for making a brush broom includes a lever-operated holder for enclosing and precompressing the gathered cut ends of a bunch of branches for a broom. The lever is pressed downwardly against the enclosed branch ends and held by the user until a U-shaped tie wire surrounding the branches and extending upwardly through a slot in the lever arm is twisted around the branches. The broom handle is driven into the center of the bound branch ends to complete the broom.
Abstract: Arrangement for filling cassettes with fibres, characterized thereby that it consists of the combination of a supply magazine, in this supply magazine a displaceable pressing member on the one hand and second pressing members on the other hand, means that can command the pressing member or the second pressing means, separating means that can separate a well-determined amount of fibres, second separating means able to further free the fibres from each other, means able to remove the separated fibres from the supply magazine and a cassette that can receive this small amount of fibres.
