Abstract: A vehicle wheel includes a rim having an inner peripheral surface, and a center disc portion spaced radially inwardly from the inner peripheral surface. The center disc portion includes a body having a plurality of protruding portions separated from each other by curved recesses. The wheel further includes a plurality of structural arms with each structural arm having a first arm end attached to the inner peripheral surface of the rim at a first weld attachment interface and a second arm end received within one of the curved recesses of the body. Each of the second arm ends is attached to the center disc portion at a second weld attachment interface.

Abstract: A method for assembling or disassembling spokes of a tubeless wheel includes following steps: selecting a rim, assembling an adaptor onto an assembling tool, assembling the adaptor to the position hole, assembling a spoke, assembling the spoke to the adaptor and disassembling the assembling tool from the adaptor. Therefore, a user can assemble or disassemble the spokes easily and conveniently.
Abstract: A wheel rim with a brake rotor includes a wheel rim having two retaining walls respectively and annularly formed on two lateral sides thereof. An annular groove is annularly defined between the two retaining walls for adapting to retain a tire. The wheel rim has a plurality of support plates spacedly formed on one retaining wall and extending toward a center of the wheel rim to form a hub hole defined therein. The hub hole is axially located at the center of the wheel rim for adapting to assemble with a wheel hub. A brake rotor is concentrically connected with the wheel rim and mounted with the other retaining wall of the wheel rim for adapting to be clamped by a disc brake.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a shock absorbing wheel with shock absorbing properties, the wheel comprises a hub, arms and a rim. The hub comprises radial junctions between the arms and the hub, additionally the rim comprises radial junctions between the arms and the rim, wherein between the radial junctions of the hub and the rim the arms are arranged with a substantially sinusoidal shaped form. The arms further comprise a first, a second, a third and a fourth section, wherein in the first section, the arms extend from the radial junctions between the arms and the hub in a first radial direction A, and in the forth section, the arms extend from the radial junctions between the arms and the rim in a second radial direction B. The sinusoidal shaped form is arranged in the second and the third sections of the arms. The present invention is said to provide for a cost effective wheel with good shock absorbing properties.
