At Felly Joint Patents (Class 301/71)
  • Patent number: 7957891
Abstract: An ECU for a main remote control has a termination resistance having a first terminal connected to a high level signal line CAN of a CAN cable and a second terminal connected to an external terminal of a connector. The CAN cable also has a low level signal line CAN connected to an external terminal of a connector. A power wire VCC is divided at its midportion, and respectively connected to external terminals of the connector. When a connector is connected, the termination resistance is connected between the high level signal line CAN and the low level signal line CAN of the CAN cable by a jumper line, and power is supplied through a jumper line. When the connector is disconnected, the termination resistance is not connected and the ECU for a main remote control does not operate since no power is supplied thereto.

  • Patent number: 7798261
Abstract: An electrically driven wheel for a tracked vehicle which includes a driving track wheel with built in cogs and a brushless DC motor having a mounting shaft to connect the wheels to the tracked vehicle. The brushless DC motor is coupled within the driving track wheel to develop rotational torque for rotating the driving track wheel and includes a drum, a bank of pole assemblies connected between the drum and the stationary mounting shaft, and electrical wiring for energizing the bank of pole assemblies. In an embodiment, the brushless DC motor includes permanent magnet high multiple pole motors. The electrically driven wheels are part of a drive system for the tracked vehicle. The drive system includes a track module frame, at least two flexible tracks coupled with the electrically driven track wheels, and a controller for controlling the electrically driven track wheels in response to a driver command.

  • Patent number: 6831321
Abstract: A semiconductor device that can prevent short-circuit occurring between capacitor electrodes and a method of manufacturing the semiconductor device are obtained. A semiconductor includes two capacitor electrodes formed spaced from each other and including conductive impurities of the first conductivity type, and an electrode isolation film located between the two capacitor electrodes and formed at the same layer as that of the two capacitor electrodes, while including conductive impurities of the second conductivity type different from the first conductivity type. This allows the two capacitor electrodes to be electrically isolated from each other, without the etching step or the like, by introducing conductive impurities of the second conductivity type into a region that is located between the two capacitor electrodes and is formed at the same layer as that of the capacitor electrodes.
