  • Patent number: 10112662
Abstract: A track roller frame assembly for a track type machine is disclosed. The track roller frame assembly includes a first track roller frame and a second track roller frame. The first track roller frame is slidably received in the second track roller frame. The second track roller includes an outer surface and an opening. The track roller frame assembly further includes an assembly for adjusting a gap between the first track roller frame and the second track roller frame. The assembly includes a first plate coupled to the outer surface of the second track roller frame. The assembly further includes a resilient pad extending through the opening of the second track roller frame and abutting the first plate and the first track roller frame.

  • Publication number: 20090289496
Abstract: A device for tensioning chains on crawler-type or tracked vehicles, in particular the chains of hydraulic excavators, comprises a first cylinder arranged in an area of the chassis for the tracked vehicle, and operatively connected via a piston rod to a guide wheel to tension the chain. A second cylinder forms a spring cylinder and is operatively connected to the first cylinder. The second cylinder concentrically encloses the first cylinder to form a double cylinder and each cylinder is provided with a separate hydraulic connection. At startup of the tracked vehicle, the hydraulic connections of the double cylinder are admitted with a specifiable pre-tensioning pressure. The spring cylinder can be moved with maximum spring travel to its end position because of its larger cross-sectional surface, and the tensioning cylinder pre-tensions the chain with a force that corresponds to the pre-tensioning pressure.

  • Patent number: 7000999
Abstract: A light-emitting module structurally suspended between a pair of spaced apart electrical conducting wires wherein each of the wires has selected portions that are electrically insulated from the module. The light emitting module, in concert with the electrical conducting wires, provides structural support for the light emitter portion of the light emitting module via the connections to the insulated and non-insulated portions of the electrical conducting wires. A plurality of light emitting modules may be ganged together in series, parallel or series-parallel electrical configurations to produce chains of light emitting modules. The chains of light emitting modules produce selected or desired illumination depending on the quantity of light emitting modules being ganged together.

  • Patent number: 6478701
Abstract: In a belt type continuously variable speed system, when a hydraulic cylinder (110) operates, the hydraulic cylinder (110) and an elastic member (134) in a tensioner (104) draw a belt (102) against an elastic member contained in a variable radius pulley (107). Consequently, a power transmission ring contained in the variable radius pulley (107) is made eccentric from the axis of the variable radius pulley. The power transmission ring is displaced to the position where a force produced by the hydraulic cylinder (110) and the elastic member (134) in the tensioner (104) to make the power transmission ring eccentric and a force produced by an elastic member contained in the variable radius pulley (107) to urge the power transmission ring toward a position which is concentric with the axis of the variable radius pulley (107) are balanced with each other, thereby achieving speed variation.
