Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of culturing mesenchymal stem cells using gamma-irradiated serum, and more particularly to a method for culturing mesenchymal stem cells, which can improve the adhesion and proliferation rate of stem cells using a medium containing gamma-irradiated serum and an antioxidant. The method for culturing mesenchymal stem cells according to the present invention can restore the adhesion and proliferation rate of stem cells when culturing the stem cells using gamma-irradiated FBS, which is safe from contamination sources but reduces the efficiency of adhesion and proliferation of the cells. Thus, the inventive method is useful for the production of stem cells for cell therapy.

Each of the slots may be configured to support a scooter in an upright position when the scooter is placed therein. Abstract: This disclosure relates to portable storage boxes, also called job boxes, that may be adapted for use on construction sites. Existing boxes are typically too large and heavy to move by just one person without additional equipment. Existing storage boxes are difficult to maneuver in tight spaces. This invention allows a job box to be broken down into three sub-assemblies of roughly equal size. The individual sub-assemblies are easier to carry since they are compact and can be held close to the body when the user is in a standing position. The individual sub-assemblies stack well against each other allowing the storage box to be stored and transported in a more space efficient way than present art unitary assembly storage boxes.
