The front panel is releasably engaged to the pair of frames and pivotably coupled to the pair of retention brackets such that the front panel is movable independently relative to the chassis. During installation and maintenance of the computing system, the front panel is movable linearly along a radial direction relative to the pair of frames and rotatable independently relative to the pair of retention brackets so as to provide clearance for accessing interiors of the chassis.

Abstract: A face/leaf structure can transform functions to selectively expand the usable area of a cabinet countertop or drawer without compromise to the cabinet's other functions. A drawer front is movably attached to a drawer to be either in a normal cosmetic vertical position or in a horizontal position cantilevered from the drawer. The structure may be arranged so that the leaf can be deployed with a single action. The leaf may rise to a same level as the countertop or selectively add exposed and usable horizontal space at a drawer front. Further the leaf can be pulled away from the main surface along with the drawer. This allows usable access to the drawer without stowing the leaf.

The door apparatus includes a door with a thermally isolating layer, and a frame that moves simultaneously with the door and which provides a storage space for accommodating stored goods. The door is rotatably coupled to a front end of the frame, thus allowing the door to rotate through a predetermined angle with respect to the frame. An amount of rotation of the door with respect to the frame may be selectively limited to utilize a tilting function of the door and to provide access to goods in the storage space.

Abstract: Apparatus for receiving and driving magnetic disc cartridges as peripheral computer memory units. Particular mechanisms are included which render the apparatus more effective and more compact than previously known corresponding devices of a comparable nature. These mechanisms cooperate to provide means for permitting the apparatus to be withdrawn partially from its mounting rack and for moving an interfering panel member out of the way to permit loading and unloading of the disc cartridge from the top of the apparatus. The mechanisms include releasable latching means and a solenoid controlled lock for preventing release of the latching means except under predetermined positions, plus means for pivoting a lid member to avoid interference with adjacent equipment.
