The attaching mechanism includes a bin pivot axis that is located in substantial alignment with a center of gravity of the bin in the closed position.

Abstract: A multi-position cabinet for use with machine tools which provides a solution to the problem of limited shop space in which to install bench type power tools is provided. The invention comprises a rotating rectangular cabinet which contains workstations from which bench type power tools can be deployed from a stowed position to a working position. The invention includes means for raising the cabinet off its base so that the cabinet can be rotated to bring each workstation to the topmost position from which the power tool associated with that work station can be deployed. In one exemplary embodiment, the workstations include a drill press, table saw, miter saw and belt sander. The invention is not limited to use with power tools, but rather is suitable for use in any application where it is desirable to provide multiple workstations in a comparatively compact package.

Abstract: A mobile technology cabinet comprises a compartment having a work platform mounted for rotational motion between a substantially vertical storage position and a deployed position. A monitor support is operatively connected to the work platform such that movement of the work platform between the storage position and the deployed position causes the monitor support to rise from a storage position to a deployed position. The work platform may be rotated relative to the cabinet to simultaneously deploy the work surface and to raise the monitor. A base supports the cabinet for movement on wheels. Abstract: A rack-mounted console module includes a lower unit slideably mounted on a rail and an upper unit pivotally coupled to the lower unit. A locking mechanism includes a first part moveably disposed in the lower unit and a second part fixedly disposed on the rail. When the upper unit is closed and the lower unit slides along the rail to a target position, the first part of the locking mechanism changes from a released state to a locked state where it engages the second part of the locking mechanism to lock the lower unit. When the upper unit is opened, the first part changes from the locked state to a ready-to-released state. When the upper unit is subsequently closed, the first part changes from the ready-to-released state to a released state where it disengages from the second part, and the console module can be slid back into the rack.

The mobile platform further includes a pivot system coupled to the interior overhead structure and the compartment to enable the compartment to rotate into the opened position and the closed position. The pivot system comprises a first fitting that defines a raceway and a second fitting that defines a hub and a guide. The hub of the second fitting is for engagement with the raceway and the guide directs the first fitting into the second fitting to couple the first fitting to the second fitting.

Abstract: The invention is a mobile blueprint holder wherein a box mounts along an interior side of a pickup truck bed. The box opens to allow the blueprint table to fold out where the blueprint table rests at an angle. When not in use the blueprints and the blueprint table fold away for safe storage. The blueprint table folds along the middle and contains a plurality of clips for holding a blueprint in place.

A USB hub is provided within the storage tray which interconnects with the electrical connectors and enables the portable computing devices to be charged while stored in the storage tray and also synchronized with an external computer while contained within the storage tray. The second coupler link is attached to the bracket at one of the sites for attachment and connected to whichever one of either the first or second racks to which the bracket is not attached. The rack system translationally couples angular displacement of the appliance door to linear movement of the first rack and the second rack. The linear movement of the first and second racks can be non-staggered or staggered depending on the attachment site of the bracket to which the second coupler link is attached.

Abstract: In the cover opening and dosing device of the present invention, a terminal cover 21 includes a turn regulating portion 24. The turn regulating portion 24 can prevent the terminal cover 21 from turning in a cover dosing direction due to resilience of coupling portions 22 and 23 when the terminal cover 21 is moved to a cover opening position. Thus, when connecting a cable to a terminal, the terminal cover 21 does not hinder the connection, so that the cable can be connected to the terminal with ease. It is possible to achieve a configuration of holding the terminal cover capable of opening and dosing the terminal open with ease and at low cost.

Abstract: A foldable exhibition and working furniture is described, comprising: a lower wall hingedly attached to an upper wall, both walls form a housing when the exhibition furniture is folded. In the furniture, a side wall is laterally spaced from the lower wall but connected by a foldable shelf, a foldable support holding the shelf and a cover hingedly attached to the lower wall and detachably joined on the side wall. To fold the exhibition furniture, the cover is detached from the side wall, this approaches towards the lower wall thereby automatically folding the foldable support and the shelf, the cover is lowered to cover the side wall and finally the upper wall is lowered to be coupled with the lower wall then forming the housing.

The carriage may support a monitor and work platform where the work platform supports a key board tray. A lift system supports the carriage for vertical movement. The storage units may include an interior storage space for storing decorative pillows and a rack extending outward from the unit for supporting decorative bedding. The rack may be retracted within the unit when not in use. The unit may one or more shelves, doors, and drawers, depending on a desired furniture configuration.

Abstract: A cover opening/dosing device of the present invention is formed so that a height of a rib to be in contact with a sealing member asymptotically decreases from a shaft toward an edge of a cover opposite to the shaft. With this configuration, the cover can be dosed with only a small load imposed on the cover, whereby the operability in the opening/dosing of the cover can be improved. Further, air-tightness of a recessed part provided with a disk drive sealed by the cover can be ensured.

Each article support device comprises a first rack and a second rack. Each rack also has a plurality of openings formed in each rack disposed intermediately to each spine. At least one of the racks has a coupling mechanism for coupling the first spine and the second spine to form one of the racks for coupling to the other rack through one of the openings.
