Abstract: A media storage apparatus includes a frame, a shaft, and a plurality of retainers for retaining a plurality of portable planar storage media. The plurality of retainers is supported by the shaft and rotatable about the shaft from a selectable position to a selected position. The apparatus further includes a retainer selection mechanism, coupled to the frame, that traverses the frame to cause selected ones of the plurality of retainers traversed by the retainer selection mechanism to rotate in sequence from the selectable position to the selected position.

Abstract: A CD storage box includes a main box frame, a front cover, a left cover, a right cover, two turning knobs, two knob gears, a top cover, a brake shaft, multiple swing levers, a rear cover, a grip handle, a left frame and a right frame. Once the turning knobs are rotated, the knob gears can actuate the driven gears to rotate with the brake shaft and abrupt pieces on the surface of the brake gear can stir the swing levers to push CDs out for being browsed chosen.
Abstract: A CD holder to hold multiple compact disks basically consists of a first housing (10) and a second housing (20) pivotally connected to the first housing (10). The second housing has multiple slots (25) to arrange the CDs inside and a selecting device (30) secured between the first housing (10) and the second housing (20) to pick up a selected CD. The selecting device (30) is comprised of a shaft (31) and a roller (34) mounted around the shaft (31), wherein the roller (34) has multiple resilient blocks (36) mounted on the periphery to contact the corresponding CD. The first housing (10) is able to clamp the selected CD when the roller (34) rotates to the corresponding position.
Abstract: A disc storage container comprising a base (10) and a lid (11). A disc selector (15) has a probe (27) that moves with and when the lid opens to urge against a selected disc lift (23) and so that it partially lifts one of the discs up from a stack of discs stored in the container. This enables easily selection of a chosen disc and manual removal from the container of the chosen disc.
