Abstract: The present invention involves to the industrial automated producing method for dewatering the sludge into the dry sludge powder and the assembly thereof. The present method is to realize the industrial automated production in the industrial automated producing assembly, especially in the main equipment, dehydrator, for dewatering the sludge into the dry sludge powder, so as to dewater the sludge having the moisture content below 85% into the dry powder having the moisture content below 5%. The method and assembly of the present invention realizes recycling, reducing, stabilizing, and reusing the sludge, and can be widely applied for dewatering process of the domestic, industrial or riverway sludge or sediment.

The carrier or pallet includes track followers, first and second end walls for facing the first and second side walls of the heating chamber, and second magnetic elements.
Abstract: The trays (V) are provided with identical vertical spacers (4) which enable the trays to be stacked on top of each other in a centred way, with a suitable spacing betweem them, and enable the various adjacent stacks of trays to be raised and lowered in steps, by means (BM) which act only on the bottom tray of each stack. The sides of the stacks of trays of the kiln are thus free and can be engaged by conveyors (37-37′, 77-77′, 57-57′) of the means provided for the translation of the trays between the stacks, both in the normal operating cycle and in the short operating cycle. However, the lower translation conveyors (24-24′) which transfer the trays from the stack with the unloading station (K2) to that with the loading station (K1) are positioned in the usual way under the stacks of trays and transversely with respect to the trays.
Abstract: The present invention provides a flow disrupter within the flow path of a slurry comprising a desired particulate matter and a transport fluid so as to impart a force angularly disposed to an otherwise obtained direction of travel, thereby preventing the formation of a sheet of aggregated particulates against the screen surface. In a method in accord with the present invention a force is imparted to the desired particulate matter in an angular direction to the direction of travel.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for final drying of harvested brine shrimp cysts preparatory to containerization, for subsequent storage and shipment. The device is portable, and may be installed upon the near shore of the shrimp bearing body of water, or upon shrimp harvesting vessels. A closed drying chamber contains a vertically arranged series of cyst drying trays, the cysts cascading downward from tray to tray by gravity assisted by vibration of the trays from top to bottom of the drying chamber. Conveying and lifting apparatus is associated with the chamber to permit the recirculation of the cysts until a sufficient degree of dryness is obtained. Heated air is introduced into the stationary drying chamber. The apparatus provides for final separation of any broken shrimp cysts still remaining.

Abstract: An apparatus for the aftertreatment of photopolymerizable printing plates with means for generating an environment with at least one predetermined condition and a transport device to carry the plates during and for transport of the plates through the apparatus. By uncoupling the transport velocity from the prior process steps, such an apparatus enables in-line aftertreatment. The transport device has multiple orbiting pallets on a type of continuous elevator conveyed at least section-wise through the environment.
Abstract: High volume manufacturing process for flexographic printing plates comprises wash out, drying and post-exposure. During drying the printing plates are transported with a plurality of endless conveyors. The transport speed during drying/post-exposure is lower than the transport speed during wash out such that a storage of flexographic plates can be achieved in the drying and post exposure portion of the process.
Abstract: A continuous drier for flat piece material, especially for liquid-coated printed circuit boards, and the like, comprises a heatable drier housing and a transport path that ascends in the housing and, after passing an upper turning point descends again. Secured to an endless chain that extends substantially vertically are carriers for the piece material to be transported, which carriers project outwards from the endless chain. The drier also comprises a supply duct for drying air for the piece material to be dried. The supply duct is so arranged that an airstream supplied by it flows over the piece material transversely to the direction in which the carriers project from the chain links.
Abstract: An improved stereolithographic apparatus and method is described. In one embodiment, the improvement includes immersing at least a portion of a part in a volume of a liquid solvent in a vapor degreaser while subjecting the portion to ultrasonic agitation to substantially remove excess resin. Several examples of solvents are provided, including ethanol, and Freon TMS. In a second embodiment, the improvement includes building the part on a layer of liquid resin supported by a volume of a dense, immiscible, and UV transparent intermediate liquid, and integratably immersing at least a portion of the built part in the intermediate liquid, and then either subjecting the immersed portion to ultrasonic agitation to substantially remove excess resin, or subjecting the immersed portion to UV light. Several examples of intermediate liquids are provided, including perfluorinated fluids, such as Fluorinert FC-40, and water-based salt solutions, such as solutions of magnesium sulfate or sodium chloride in water.

Abstract: A baking apparatus including an oven having an inlet and an outlet through which pans are taken into and out of the oven is disclosed. Stationary pan receiving members are vertically arranged in multiple layers in the oven. First and second vertical feed members are provided on each side of the stationary multiple-layer pan receiving members. Movable pan receiving members are rigidly secured in multiple layers to the first and second vertical feed members at intervals twice as large as those of the stationary pan receiving members. Lateral feed members are provided to feed the pans laterally when the movable pan receiving members are aligned horizontally with the stationary pan receiving members, whereby the pans are made to move up or down in a zigzag pattern and pass the heat sources while they are moving horizontally, thus enabling the oven to be designed to have a vertical structure.
Abstract: Impingement heating or cooling apparatus that employs an axial flow fan, a plenum, collector and a columnating assembly for directing jets of a temperature controlled gas against the surface of a food product. Means for contacting a first layer of food products with impinging jets of a temperature controlled gas and for simultaneously contacting a second layer of food products with an alternating, convective flow of a temperature controlled gas is also provided.

A transfer member (76) is pivotably mounted within the drying chamber (24) to receive articles (112--112) to be soldered through an access door (71) in the top of the drying chamber (24) and arcuately transfer the articles through an access door (44) in the divider member (22) to solder the articles in the soldering chamber (26).
Abstract: A vertical tower support is provided within a vertical dust collection channel that is attached to a dust collecting conduit. On either side of the vertical tower support within the channel are a plurality of modified battery cases that are attached to chains disposed around upper and lower wheels or sprockets and which travel in a carousel-like fashion around the vertical tower. A small opening on one side of the channel is provided so that stacks of battery plates may be inserted between the partitions of the modified cases within the channel. A motor activated by a manual push button, foot pedal shut-off, or, alternatively, a limit switch allows indexing of only one case at a time and is provided so that the cases will be advanced to receive stacks of battery plates as needed. An air blow-off mechanism triggered by an electric eye and limit switch combination located adjacent the top of the dust collection channel blows oxide dust from the empty modified cases.
