A sensing mechanism is coupled to a valve. This valve is coupled to the gas cylinder. Once a change in the electrical potential is detected via the sensing mechanism, it triggers the valve. This will cause the valve to open and hence allow for the gas to enter and fill the balloon. During the inflation process, the balloon expands and inherently causes the top to be lifted and remove for allowing the balloon to float and travel upwards.
