Accordingly, each of the temple bars is provided with a snap groove cooperated with the snap-in spring bow of the hinge. When mounting the hinge, it only needs to insert the hinge into the temple bar such that the snap-in spring bow of the hinge is cooperated with the snap groove of the temple bar. Thus, in the glasses according to the present application, the hinge and the temple bar may be connected by a snap-fit connection instead of a soldering process or a screw connection, the connecting process is simple since neither a soldering process nor an additional screw is required.

Abstract: An eyewear utilizing a screw-less hinge to connect the temple to the frame. The frames terminate laterally at an open, curved rung configured to receive a cylinder. This cylinder is fixed to the temple. Due to the configuration of the curved rung, the cylinder can he inserted into the curved rung in a rotatable or pivotable fashion. The cylinder receiving the curved rung holds the frame together and keeps eye wires from opening, thus keeping lenses from falling out of the eyewear. A wedge tool can be used to displace the curved rung from the cylinder to easily remove the temple from the frame.

Abstract: The most practical production of this innovation is shown in pictures 11 and 12. The connective element (1) is pushed into the housing (54) executed in the temple (5), and then in the housing (111) at the open end of the connective element (1) we mount the spring (2) that is not tensioned, and then the screw (15) that goes through the spring (2). Both the screw (15) and the spring (2) are sized in such a way that they can move axially in the housing (111) of the connective element (1). The screw (15) goes through the narrowed part (12) of the housing (111), and at the same time the spring cannot go through the narrowed part (12). The screw (15) is screwed into the temple (5) with screwdriver passing through the housing (111) and it compresses the spring (2) by its head until it reaches closing delimiter. The connective element (1) mounted into the temple (5) in mis way, is then placed in the housing (4) of the frontal ending (6).

Abstract: A pair of rotary glasses comprising a lens, a glasses leg, and a pivot element. The support portion includes a second pivot portion corresponding to the first pivotal transverse through hole. The pivot element is passed through the first pivotal transverse through hole and the second pivot portion to pivotally couple each glasses leg. With this structural design, a user can longitudinally rotate the support portion by using the pivot element as an axis towards or away from the upper edge of the lens or the glasses frame so that the folding portion of the glasses leg and the lens or the glasses frame can support the rotary glasses on a disposing surface securely. Therefore, the rotary glasses will not lose balance or topple over by a slight external force so as to prevent the lens or the glasses frame from damage.

Abstract: A pair of reduced profile glasses that pivotally hinge into a stowable position. The glasses do not fold, thereby eliminating doubling the thickness of the glasses, and increasing the required space for stowing. Rather, the glasses compress into a flattened, reduced profile position. A pair of lenses and a pair of frames join at either one or two bilateral locking hinge(s). The locking hinge may pivot at a range of 30 to 40 degrees that is efficacious for preventing the glasses from completely folding. The locking hinge compact into the reduced profile by bending inwardly and abutting against a pair of retracted support arms. The locking hinge includes at least one extending ledges/pins and at least one slits/holes for receiving the ledges/pins. Each ledge/pin engages a slit/hole to lock the glasses into the reduced profile position, or a different slit/hole to lock the glasses into an extended wearable position.
