  • Patent number: 9567235
Abstract: The present invention relates to a solution reaction apparatus and solution reaction method using the same, and more particularly a solution reaction apparatus and a solution reaction method using the same, wherein a reaction vessel is made by using a sealing member, a reaction vessel forming member, and a substrate serving as the bottom part of the reaction vessel so as to cause one side of a reaction solution only to contact the solution, thereby adjusting the temperature of the substrate differently from the temperature of the solution. The solution reaction apparatus of the present invention can control temperature of the substrate and temperature of the reaction solution separately, thereby it can control the temperature of the solution above the boiling point of the solution, and can react the solution while constantly maintaining the concentration of the solution by the solution circulatory device. Accordingly, it has an effect of freely forming various nanostructures on the substrate.

  • Patent number: 6905267
Abstract: Disclosed herein are a method and apparatus for efficiently processing workpieces which are developed using a liquid developer. According to the invention a first set of workpieces is obtained from an imaging station, a second set of workpieces is obtained from a workpiece collection device, and the workpieces from the first and second sets are aligned in a contiguous arrangement, with the workpieces from the first set preferably being interspersed with those from the second set. Developer is then applied to the group of contiguous workpleces, thereby reducing the amount of overrun or overspray of developer that would otherwise result from individual processing of workpieces. The invention is particularly well-suited for use in preparing lithographic printing plates.

Abstract: The present invention is a method for developing a substrate by supplying a developing solution from a developing solution supply nozzle onto a surface of the substrate mounted on a predetermined position, and comprises the steps of moving the developing solution supply nozzle from a standby position of the developing solution supply nozzle outside one end of the substrate to at least the other end of the substrate without supplying the developing solution, and thereafter, moving the developing solution supply nozzle from the other end to at least the one end while supplying the developing solution. Therefore, the developing solution supply nozzle which is used once and has a possibility of a drip of the developing solution does not pass above the substrate, so that the developing solution never drips from the developing solution supply nozzle onto the substrate before and after supplying the developing solution for some reason or other.

  • Patent number: 6219128
Abstract: A photosensitive material which has been exposed by an exposure device is fed into a processor, which is an automatic developing device, by a delivery section and processed. Within the exposure device, negative pressure is generated for holding the photosensitive material by suction. A gas outflow preventing device provided at the delivery section includes a chamber disposed in an upper vicinity of guides of a transport device. A nozzle that protrudes from this chamber is provided opposing an exposed photosensitive material insertion slot of the processor. The gas outflow preventing device blows air, which is fed into the chamber by operation of a blower fan, from an ejecting slit formed in the nozzle toward the photosensitive material insertion slot. This blowing of air, without interfering with output of the photosensitive material to the processor, prevents air in the processor flowing out through the photosensitive material insertion slot to the exposure device side.

  • Patent number: 5946080
Abstract: A heating device, in which a photosensitive material and an image receiving material can be heated quickly and which has a reduced number of parts. A plate-shaped heating plate, which can move reciprocally within the device, is provided at a heat development transfer section. Attaching/peeling rollers, which can move closer to and away from the heating plate, are disposed above the heating plate. Further, a photosensitive material peeling pawl and an image receiving material peeling pawl are provided on the sides of the attaching/peeling rollers. During two reciprocal movements of the heating plate, the photosensitive material and the image receiving material are loaded on the heating plate, heat-development-transferred, and peeled. Because the respective materials are pressed by the attaching/peeling rollers and adhered to the heating plate, good heat development transfer can be effected in a short time.

Abstract: A compact print making device by which a desired imprint figure can be made easily in a short time. This print making device employs a resin seal face member, a part of which receives light having a wavelength within a predetermined range and thus is put into a state different from the state of the remaining part thereof and is adapted to have an uneven face formed by being acted upon by a predetermined fluid. The resin seal face member and an original picture representing an imprint figure are arranged with the original picture just in back of the resin seal face member. Imprint figure information representing the imprint figure shown in the original picture is taken in by an information reading mechanism. A negative film making unit is driven according to the imprint figure information so as to produce a negative film. Then, the produced negative film is carried to an irradiating position. Subsequently, a light irradiating unit irradiates the resin seal face member with light through the negative film.

  • Patent number: 5006883
Abstract: An image forming apparatus of a static exposure type uses a static exposure-type optical system to expose a photosensitive sheet to form a latent image thereon such that a visible image is produced from such a latent image. An exposure detector detects the amount of light energy to which the photosensitive sheet is exposed and the exposure of the photosensitive sheet to image forming light is continued by a control device until the cumulative light energy as measured by the exposure detector reaches a preset value.

  • Patent number: 5003349
Abstract: A film card camera has a T-shaped camera housing. In a rear housing area leading to a support column, there are provided four development stations aligned in tandem. A transverse conveyor transports film cards exposed in an exposure station to an unoccupied development station, and, after development, transports the film cards back to the front housing area. A contact exposure station is provided in the front housing area, so that duplicate cards can be produced in the film card camera. For the printing of duplicate cards, a specific card is identified in a reading station, and the data to be printed is retrieved from a memory.

  • Patent number: 4998131
Abstract: In recording a color picture image on a photosensitive and pressure-sensitive recording medium, in accordance with one aspect of the invention, a light carrying an image of an original is exposed on the recording medium through a main optical path and a light carrying an image of a supplemental sheet is multiplexedly exposed on the same recording medium. The recording medium is thereafter pressure-developed to provide a visible composite color image. In another aspect of the invention, two mask members are provided, one for a half-tone image of the original and another for a fine line image thereof, wherein a light is exposed on the recording medium through the respective mask members to form a latent image in accordance with a light shielding image formed on the mask members, whereby reproducibility of the original image is improved.

  • Patent number: 4985727
Abstract: An image recording apparatus having a first exposure unit for forming a latent image corresponding to an original image on a photosensitive pressure sensitive recording medium, and a second exposure unit for electrostatically forming a developer particle image. The developer particle image is transferred onto the photosensitive pressure sensitive recording medium, and the thus transferred developer particles are reacted with chromogenic material of the photosensitive recording medium at a pressure developing unit so that a visible image is provided on another sheet medium. A method for recording the image includes the steps of effecting a first exposure for forming the latent image, effecting a second exposure for forming the developer particle image, electrostatically transferring the developer particle image onto the recording medium, and pressure developing the image to provide a visible image on a separate plane paper.

Abstract: A device for reproducing an image of an original by using photosensitive material and transfer material for receiving an image formed on the photosensitive material. The original is optionally scanned to produce an optical signal which represents an image of the original, and the photosensitive material is exposed in accordance with the optical signal from the scanner together with the movement of the photosensitive material in synchronization with the scanning. A developer device superposes the exposed photosensitive material on the transfer material and spreads a developer between the superposed photosensitive material and transfer material so as to reproduce the image on the transfer material.

  • Patent number: 4935769
Abstract: An image forming apparatus has a pair of rollers normally in contact with each other. An invisible image is formed on a light-accepting sheet in the form of a roll sheet coated with microcapsules which harden when exposed to light. The image carrying sheet is kept half-way wrapped around one of these rollers and compressed between them together with an image receiving sheet such that microcapsules remaining soft are ruptured and a visible image is formed on the image receiving sheet. After each cycle of image forming processes is completed, the roll sheet is moved backward by a specified distance to reduce waste and the rollers are moved apart so that the roll sheet can correct itself if it is beginning to wrinkle or to move sideways.
