  • Patent number: 5481330
Abstract: The present invention is a panoramic photograph processing system which will provide a non-peculiar panoramic photograph with continuous color and brightness between consecutive photographs by setting the same exposure condition for panorama-mode frames of a film and performing printing of the panorama-mode frames under the same exposure condition. An output from a photometric sensor is amplified by an amplifier and is then converted to a digital signal by an A/D converter. The digital signal is supplied to a central processing unit (CPU). The digital photometric data from the A/D converter is input to the CPU together with various pieces of photograph information from a photograph information input circuit. A liquid crystal for displaying a shutter speed and a panorama-mode in a finder and a liquid crystal for displaying a latent image bar code data indicating the start position of a panorama-mode are controlled by the CPU via liquid crystal drivers.

  • Patent number: 5465155
Abstract: A system for electronically developing an image captured on a film with two or more image capture layers. A developing solution is applied to the film and the film is illuminated by two lights on opposing surfaces. A scanner captures the light reflected from the film by each light source. The two digital images are combined on a pixel-by-pixel basis to form a final image. An alternate embodiment includes a third scanner to capture light transmitted through the film in order to form a third digital scan image which is then combined on a pixel-by-pixel basis with the other two images to form the final image. • Patent number: 5295000
Abstract: An image processing apparatus is disclosed which inputs/outputs an image in which image data items having different quantities of information for each pixel are mixed with one another. The information quantity for each of the image data items and information about the I/O positions are stored in a corresponding manner. When data is input, data is converted into the proper information quantities in accordance with input position, for storage. When data is output, the stored image data is converted into output data in accordance with the respective information quantities. As a result, the memory capacity can be reduced, the flexibility can be improved at the time of use and the memory can be used efficiently.

  • Patent number: 5282052
Abstract: An automatically created form includes a field for requesting a combined operation. A processor creates the form in response to another form that includes fields that are marked to indicate a sequence of partial operations. The partial operations together constitute the combined operation. The combined operation can, for example, be a facsimile transmission, in which case the partial operation fields can specify the digits of a fax machine's telephone number. The automatically created form can then include a single check box next to the name of the recipient. When the check box is marked, the processor responds to the form by performing the sequence of partial operations. The processor can execute input instructions to receive data defining the image of each form and can execute response instructions to respond to each form.
