The top surface is reflective and has a plurality of spaced apart apertures therein. A light is positioned in each of the apertures such that a light beam from each light shines upwardly away from the reflective top surface. A frame is supported on the base and extends over the apertures. Ornaments are hung from the frame over each of the apertures whereby the light beams may be dispersed by the ornaments during use. In specific embodiments of the invention, light displays for use in motor vehicles as supplemental stop lights and turn signal lights is provided.
