A pantographic frame assembly hydraulically lowers and raises the hydraulic cylinder assembly, lowering the plow blade closer to the ground or raising the blade higher for more ground clearance and decreasing the visibility of the blade and the hydraulic cylinder assembly underneath the vehicle.

    Abstract: An ice resurfacing machine for small and medium-size indoor and outdoor ice skating rinks comprises a light towing vehicle, a resurfacing attachment, and a lifting and leveling assembly connecting them. To eliminate ruts in the ice, the machine removes only a thin layer of ice by scraping, fills the ruts with “snow” created by the scraping, skating, and precipitation, and adds water to fill the rut. The cold from the base ice and/or the atmosphere freezes the water and thus eliminates the rut. The machine may also be used to remove heavy snow or reduce the thickness of the ice. The resurfacing attachment includes a snow box which collects the snow and carries it along the surface of the ice.

A plow head is a light weight, strong, box like structure with oppositely directed mold boards so that the plow can operate in both forward and reverse directions. A linkage permits the mold board to be raised or lowered relative to the hitch box. The linkage includes upper and lower links to maintain the vertical orientation of the mold board. The plow head is mounted for pivoting in a horizontal plane. A pivot driver is user controlled to pivot the plow head and a lift driver is user operated to raise and lower the plow head. The plow head carries indicator lights. A spring, preloaded by the lift driver, applies a continuous down force to the plow head when it is the lower, plowing position.

    Abstract: The snowplow of the present invention is adapted to mount to the bed of a pickup truck. The snowplow includes a mounting base and a frame which is rotatably coupled to the base. The snowplow blade is coupled to the frame so that it moves with the frame. By attaching a prime mover to the frame and base, the blade can be raised and lowered over a very wide range. The frame and blade are adjustable so that the same snowplow can be used on trucks with differing heights or with lift kits.

    Abstract: A snow removal system for roofs and vehicles. The first embodiment has a frame with thin, high sidewalls and a thin flat base, a cross brace and a curved handle. A long sheet of plastic tarp is attached to the base to direct blocks of cut snow down to the ground. A pair of foam berms are used to turn the tarp into a chute. The berms help keep the snow inside the sheeting, which speeds removal from the roof. A second embodiment, uses a modified snow pusher that has a flat base blade, a side wall, either an angled or curved back plate and a handle. A bermed tarp is attached to the open side edge of the base plate. The third embodiment is intended for cleaning vehicles. It has a U shaped channel and a plastic chute. As the device is moved over the car, the snow is quickly dumped off on the chute, leaving the vehicle clean.
