  • Patent number: 11895475
Abstract: A rear side of a vibration part of a speaker is covered by a cover member, and a duct is provided at the cover member. The cover member has a recessed portion, and an air flow path is formed inside the recessed portion. A circuit part is mounted on an outer surface of the cover member, and a heat sink provided in the air flow path is connected to the circuit part to allow heat conduction. Due to vibration of the vibration part, an airflow in the air flow path is accelerated and thus the effect of dissipating heat from the heat sink is increased.

In the transducer, enwinding direction, connection mode and parameters of coils are decided, in order to ensure that the value of the inductance of coils and the opposing electromotive force obtained during the process of moving to and fro are counteracted by each other. The inner magnetic transducer with multiple magnetic gaps and multiple coils has resistance load character or approximately has a resistance load character, simultaneously, has high sensitivity, high analytic capability, and high fidelity.

Abstract: A drive cone 11 and a diaphragm 14 are integrally driven by a voice coil 6 movably disposed in a magnetic gap 5. Peripheral edge portions of the drive cone 11 and the diaphragm 14 are supported by a frame 12 via different edge portions 13 and 15, respectively. The drive cone 11 is provided with a rising-up portion 11a which rises up toward an acoustic radiation direction from a inner circumferential end, and a rising-down portion 11b which rises down toward a direction reverse to the acoustic radiation direction. An inner circumferential edge of the diaphragm 14 is fixed at an annular top formed between the rising-up portion and the rising-down portion. Moreover, a first rib 11c and a second rib 11d are formed on the drive cone 11 in such a manner as to rise up toward the acoustic radiation direction integrally with the drive cone. The diaphragm 14 is supported also at the tips of the ribs.

  • Patent number: 8031902
Abstract: A loudspeaker comprises a diaphragm, an edge operable to support, on a frame, the diaphragm in such a manner that enables vibration thereof, and a voice coil operable to generate a driving force. The voice coil is of an approximate rectangular shape, and a length of a long axis direction of the voice coil is no less than 60% of a length of a long axis direction of the diaphragm. Positions of long sides of the voice coil to be fixed on the diaphragm are positions corresponding to nodes of a primary resonance mode in a short axis direction of the diaphragm, or in the respective vicinities thereof. Accordingly, it is possible to realize a high sound quality loudspeaker having a narrow width (elongated structure), but not easily causing resonance, thereby obtaining a flat frequency characteristic.
