A pair of tent post are provided wherein each tent post is attachable to the top tier by running through one of the pair of loop sets and each of the pair of tent post having a pair of ends configured for securing the tent post to ground. a. wherein the top tier and tent posts can be configured for use as a shade tent wherein the top tier comprises a shade tent canopy; and b. wherein the top tier can be configured for use as a hammock, wherein (i) the top tier comprises a hammock panel having a panel first end and a panel second end wherein the panel first end is attached to a first erecting structure and the panel second end is attached to a second erecting structure.

The cinch cord is configured such that pulling the cinch cord causes the device to transform from the open configuration to a bag-like configuration by gathering the wall to form an annulus having an opening, and the opening of the annulus is sized to prohibit exit of an object from within the bag-like configuration.

Abstract: A satchel and wallet combination assembly includes a container that is flexible and includes a perimeter wall having an upper end open to access an interior of the container. The container may be manipulated into a folded condition wherein the container is folded multiple times upon itself and into a deployed condition wherein the container is unfolded. A wallet is attached to a front wall of the container such that a top edge of the wallet is positioned adjacent to the upper end and the first lateral edge of the container. The wallet is positionable in the container when the container is in the deployed condition. The container is abuttable against the wallet when the container is in the folded condition such that the container has a length and width substantially equal to a length and width of the wallet.

In the first and second modes, the load is hauled by dragging the device along a ground surface.

Abstract: A system for providing shade onto a surface is described herein. The system includes a canopy configured for engagement with, and aerial suspension by, a frame. The frame includes a plurality of sections configured for end-to-end alignment from a left end to a right end of the frame. Each section is configured to engage with any adjacent sections to form the frame. The ends of the frame are secured to the surface, thereby aerially suspending the canopy and providing shade to the surface.

Abstract: A system for a dynamically orienting adjustable shelter is provided. The system generally comprises a base, lever arm, counterweight, boom, canopy, canopy supports, and support cables connected to said canopy supports. The boom and lever arm connect to the base in a way such that the boom may be in an upright position when a counterweight is placed on the lever arm. A canopy assembly may be rotatable attached boom in a way that allows it to rotate about said boom, which allows the canopy assembly to reduce the cross-sectional area of the canopy exposed to the wind. A cable may be attached to the front end of the canopy supports, which may prevent the back end of the canopy from tipping too far down when there is no wind that the system may use to stabilize the canopy by naturally reducing the cross-sectional area exposed thereto.

Embodiments provide for insulated containers having an interior cavity surrounded by one or more panels having insulation wherein the containers are collapsible to allow for the efficient storage and transport of the containers while empty.

Once embedded into a sturdy fabric the fastener may be joined making a bag which can be used to contain items such as yard debris, sporting equipment, and many other items.
