Patent number: 10572638Abstract: A mobile terminal is provided by an issuing authority for capturing biometric data of a user for transmission to a security document. The mobile terminal includes a data storage unit containing a credential, an authentication module, a sensor for capturing the biometric data of the user and a control unit that is configured to capture the biometric data of the user only upon successful reciprocal authentication of the user and the mobile terminal. An authenticity test module tests the authenticity of the captured biometric data captured. If authentic, the captured biometric data is stored in the data storage unit in protected form. Readout of the biometric data from the mobile terminal, by an operator of the issuing authority, is permitted only if the operator has been authenticated to the mobile terminal using additional authentication data.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 2015Date of Patent: February 25, 2020Assignee: BUNDESDRUCKEREI GMBHInventors: Andreas Wolf, Joachim Kueter

Publication number: 20070292122Abstract: In the focal plane shutter for cameras, a shutter base plate, an shank for attaching the first blade drive component and the second blade drive component respectively so as to enable to be rotated, an shank for attaching a set component so as to enable to be rotated, and an shank for attaching the first blade and the second blade so as to enable to be rotated respectively are made of synthetic resins. Each of the shanks is fabricated after a shutter base plate was fabricated beforehand, and grooves for sump having cross section of V letter shape are formed at the same interval of angle extending toward the axial direction of the shank at the circumferential side surfaces of the shanks.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 30, 2007Publication date: December 20, 2007Inventors: Koji Arai, Shigemi Takahashi, Nobuyoshi Inoue

Patent number: 6490416Abstract: A focal plane shutter for a camera has a synchronous contact member that produces less chattering than conventional synchronous contact members. One end of an opening electromagnet and one end of a closing electromagnet are separately connected to the higher-potential side of a power supply for a CPU in the camera, and the other ends of the electromagnets are grounded. An output circuit has an inverter circuit made up of a transistor and two resistors. A driver voltage for energizing the closing electromagnet is applied to the base of the transistor via a first resistor. The collector of the transistor is connected to the higher-potential side of the power supply via a second resistor. The emitter of the transistor is connected to the lower-potential side of the power supply. First and second voltage signals are produced from an output terminal on the side of the collector.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 2001Date of Patent: December 3, 2002Assignee: Seiko Precision Inc.Inventors: Yoichi Nakano, Akira Ito, Miyoshi Tanikawa, Chiaki Nemoto
