Abstract: A carrier assembly for supporting a water closet having an outlet. The carrier assembly including a faceplate defining an opening therethrough, where the opening includes a first end configured to form a water-tight seal with the outlet of the water closet and a second end opposite the first end, and a fluid coupler defining a fluid pathway therethrough, where the fluid pathway includes an inlet and an outlet opposite the inlet, where the outlet is configured to be coupled to and form a water-tight seal with a wastewater pipe while the fluid pathway is in fluid communication with an internal volume of the wastewater pipe, and where the outlet has at least one degree of adjustability relative to the wastewater pipe.

Abstract: A connection device for a toilet bowl, comprising a carrier arrangement which can be connected to the toilet bowl in a displaceable manner. The device has a first bearing point in which a flushing pipe is mounted, and a second bearing point in which an outflow pipe is mounted. The flushing pipe can be connected to a flushing water line which is arranged in a positionally fixed manner on site The outflow pipe can be connected to a waste water line which is arranged in a positionally fixed manner on site, and can be connected to a waste water outflow which is arranged on the toilet bowl side.

Abstract: A closet carrier assembly for a wall-mounted toilet comprising a face plate having a front face and a back face. Spacing rods, extending from the front face, have a threaded distal end with a nut to act as a stop. A retainer plate mounts on the plurality of spacing rods against the stop and defines an opening with opposing earhole extensions. A waste pipe has a front end and a cuttable back end. The front end has opposing tabs sized and configured to pass through the earhole extensions. The front end also has ridges so that when the tabs are passed through the earhole extensions and the waste pipe is rotated, the waste pipe is fixed in place by the retainer plate being captured between the tabs and the ridges.

Abstract: A brace for a wall-mounted toilet, particularly useful for wall-mounted porcelain toilets in hospitals and other health care facilities. The brace a weight receiving structure supported by cantilevered struts that attach the brace to the wall, preferably using the same bolts that attach the toilet to the wall. The weight receiving structure may be seat portion that overlies the rim of the toilet bowl, so that the weight of the user is transmitted from the toilet seat to the seat structure and then to the walls through the struts. Alternately, the weight receiving structure may include an under-bowl support that extends underneath the toilet bowl so that the user's weight is transmitted from the bowl to the wall through the struts. Thus, the cantilevered brace increases the weight-bearing capacity of the wall-mounted toilet. A plastic shroud may be included for enclosing the brace and toilet bowl.

Abstract: A flange apparatus operable to connect the discharge of a plumbing fixture to the waste drain pipe of a drainage system. In an embodiment, the flange apparatus includes a flange and a flexible sleeve disposed through a central opening of the flange, in which a first portion of the flexible sleeve is seated on the flange. The flange further includes arm portions, each having an aperture defined therethrough. The surfaces of the apertures are substantially smooth, and the apertures are operable to receive fasteners. In an embodiment, the arm portions may be made of threadable materials, and the fasteners may have thread-forming fasteners such that threads are formed in the arm portions when the thread-forming fastener is received in the aperture of the arm portions.

A first support assembly has a faceplate, spaced-apart pedestals, two washer plates, a fitting member, a coupling, a first fastener for allowing vertical movement between the pedestals and the faceplate, a second fastener for allowing vertical movement between the fitting member and the faceplate, and a first threaded stud arrangement for mounting the toilet to the wall. A second support assembly has a support member, a second threaded stud arrangement, and an anchor foot for supporting the fitting member on the floor. A third support assembly has a frame and a third threaded stud arrangement mounted to the frame for supporting the frame on the floor. The second and/or third support assemblies may be used with the first support assembly for providing adequate support for bariatric or obese users.

Abstract: A toilet device that can be raised or lowered comprising a generally flat base atop a floor; a toilet bowl disposed above the base via a hydraulic lift cylinder, wherein the hydraulic lift cylinder can move the toilet bowl between an up position where the toilet bowl is raised upwardly away from the floor and a down position wherein the toilet bowl is lowered toward the floor; one or more telescopic support rods for supporting the toilet bowl above the base; a waste pipe fluidly connecting the toilet bowl to a waste line of the plumbing system; and a control device operatively connected to the hydraulic lift cylinder for causing the hydraulic lift cylinder to move the toilet bowl to the up position or the down position.

Abstract: A self adjusting toilet bolt assembly provides an anchor member for connecting a toilet bowl to a closet flange which allows use of downward 5/16? stud travel through a standard width dimension slotted opening in the closet flange incident making connection of a toilet bowl to the closet flange. This result is made possible by use of apertures in an anchor member body lower body portion extending between two lower body portion wall parts providing clearance for the stud to pass unobstructedly in the flange slotted opening.

Abstract: A toilet mounting assembly for securely and easily mounting a toilet to a structure includes a sealing ring securable to a structure and having either integral threaded rods extending from a main body portion of the sealing ring or threaded rods easily and securely attached to the sealing ring using a tongue and groove. Alternately, the sealing ring may include threaded apertures for receiving specially structured bolts to secure the toilet to the sealing ring.

Abstract: A system utilizing multiple spacer and shim elements that nest together to raise a closet ring to the height required for the particular floor being used in a given application for a toilet bowl installation. The nested spacer and shim elements are placed on the rough floor and receive the closet ring mounting flange. Bosses on an upper side of a lower spacer and shim element are received in detents in a lower side of a corresponding upper spacer and shim element so that the spacer and shim elements are held securely in their nested position so as to form a registered spacer/shim stack. The spacer and shim elements will typically be ¼″ thick. The spacer and shim elements further include breakaway mounting tabs positioned about an outer circumference of the main body of the spacer and shim elements.
