Patent number: 11021900Abstract: A magnetically levitating door is disclosed herein. The door may have a bracket having a magnet that is repelled from a magnet of a track. The magnet field of the bracket and the magnet field of the track may have different widths. The track may be disposed adjacent to a door opening. The bracket may have a guard in slidable engagement with the track to limit lateral movement of the magnet of the bracket disposed above and repelling the magnet of the track to levitate the door off of the track while preventing excessive lateral forces on the guard. The bracket may have at least one guide in slidable engagement with the track to secure the engagement of the bracket to the track and maintain vertical alignment of the bracket to the track.Type: GrantFiled: February 27, 2020Date of Patent: June 1, 2021Inventor: Tony Lam

Patent number: 9756987Abstract: Described is a one-piece shower pan with a seat having no openings for water leakage, other than the drain hole. The shower pan includes a drain hole designed to fit a conventional drain pipe such that when the conventional drain pipe is fastened to the shower pan, the conventional drain pipe extends ½ to 2 inches above the bottom of the shower pan. In this way, when cement or other adhesive is floated on the interior surface of the shower pan, tiles of varying thickness can be installed in such a manner that the top surface of the tiles are substantially flush with the top portion of the conventional drain pipe. The shower pan also has a water dam with a fin extending vertically on the outer edge of the water dam as added protection against water migration outside the shower pan.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 2014Date of Patent: September 12, 2017Assignee: INNOVATIVE LEAK SOLUTIONS, INC.Inventor: Leonard Eriksson

A first of end walls is fixedly coupled to the first wall of the bathing stall. A first of the side walls is fixedly coupled to the second wall of the bathing stall. Each of the walls of the bathtub has a top edge. A faucet for delivering water to the bathtub is mounted on a top edge of the bathtub. A shower portion includes a door. The door is hingedly coupled to a free vertical edge of the first wall of the bathing stall. Patent number: 5001787Abstract: A combination bathtub/shower facility comprised of separately prefabricated shower and bathtub units which are structurally interconnected in such a manner as to maintain the structural, watertight, and aesthetic integrity of the facility. The bathtub and shower units are prefrably of unitary molded construction, e.g. of molded fiberglass construction. The shower unit includes a base portion, and preferably further includes vertically upwardly extending shower walls which are integrally formed with the shower base portion. Alternatively, separately prefabricated shower wall panels may be secureably mounted to the shower base portion. In a presently preferred embodiment, the interconnection of the bathtub and shower units is accomplished by connection facilities which are integral with or easily affixable to the side of the shower base portion which is disposed adjacent to a side wall of the bathtub unit.Type: GrantFiled: December 4, 1989Date of Patent: March 26, 1991Assignee: Kimstock, Inc.Inventor: Roger J.
