The outlet adapted to be connected to a soil or waste pipe. The fluid flow path between the inlet and the outlet. The fluid flow path defines a minimum fluid flow level, the minimum fluid flow level being higher than the lowest point of the inlet.

Abstract: The device has a housing (5) which comprises an opening (4) in which a button (15) is fixed on a receiving part (8) mounted movably in the housing (5). A fitting aid (36) is provided, with which the button (15) may be introduced into the opening (4) in the housing (5) and positioned in a recessed manner therein as well as being fixed to the receiving part (8). Sets of teeth (23, 27) on the receiving part (8) and on the button (15) enable simple and depth-adjustable fixing of the button (15) to the receiving part (8).

Abstract: A tub filler and overflow combination device is supported within a common opening formed in a tub wall. Both a flow passage and a drain passage extend through the body of the device to communicate through the common opening in the tub wall. A backflow preventer of the flow passage is slidably removable through the flow outlet for readily servicing the components of the backflow preventer as desired. The flow inlet is parallel and opposite to the flow outlet for ease of manufacturing and for ease of installation into a bathtub.

Abstract: An automatic liquid shut-off system for a vessel and having a valve in a liquid passageway to control the level of liquid in the vessel so as to prevent an overflow of the liquid. The shut-off system comprises a conduit extending exterior from one wall of the vessel and in liquid communication therewith. A float is disposed in the conduit, and a stem extends from the float co-axially with the conduit, and is affixed to the valve to actuate the valve to a closed position. When the liquid level in the vessel rises to an undesired level, and the liquid in the vessel therefore reaches a level approximately the level of the float, the liquid acting upon the float will actuate the valve to a closed position, thereby shutting off the liquid.

The apparatus comprises a body, a water inlet to be connected to the water inlet supply pipe and a spout in fluid connection with the water inlet to allow water to pass from the water inlet supply pipe through the water inlet into the body and out of the spout into the bath. There is further provided a water outlet to allow overflow water to flow from the bath. The apparatus is constructed so as to be mounted in the bath contiguous with the overflow opening.

Abstract: The inflow and drain fixture has a first housing section (7), which can be fixed to the back of a sidewall (2) of the tub (1) by means of a fastening ring (12) to be arranged on the tub side of the sidewall (2). An inflow fixture is furthermore provided, which is to be arranged on the tub side and connected to the above first housing section (7), said inflow fixture encompassing a second housing section (15) with a drain channel (15c), a drain opening (15d) and a turning handle (18) for operating the drain valve (9). The first housing section (7) is clamp-mountable with the fastening ring (12) independently from the second housing section (15) to the sidewall (2) in such a manner that the second housing section (15) can be taken off for cleaning purposes without detaching the fastening ring (12). The parts on the tub side can be very easily removed for cleaning purposes and the passages are then easily accessible for cleaning.
