  • Patent number: 11959263
Abstract: A drain for sanitary fixtures such as sinks, tubs or the like is described. The drain is provided with an automatic overflow mechanism, of the magnetic type, configured to be automatically activated when the water level in the sanitary fixture reaches the maximum level allowed. The overflow mechanism comprises a first magnetic element arranged on a stem of the plug, and a second magnetic element integral with the head of the plug and in-between the base and the first magnetic element. In the raised position of the plug, corresponding to the raised position of the head, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are magnetically coupled. When a threshold value of the water pressure acting on the head is exceeded, the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element are automatically uncoupled, causing the descent of the head towards the lowered position, corresponding to the opening of the mouth of the sanitary fixture initially closed by the plug.

Thereby, the pop-up drain stopper linkage assembly can be quickly and conveniently assembled with reliable linking effect.

Abstract: A drain plug assembly includes an operation unit including a button and a cable is connected between the button and a plug unit which is located in a drain hole of a drain pipe. The cable that is located close to the button is received in a part of a sink and the cable that is located close to the plug unit is received in the drain pipe. A positioning unit is located between the button and the cable so as to control the button at different positions and to drive the cable to move the plug unit. A hose is mounted to the cable. When pushing the button, the cable is moved upward to push the plug upward for draining purpose. The cable is well protected and does not expose so that the cable is not tangled, pulled or damaged by foreign objects.

The sheet is rolled into a cylindrical shape and fitted over the radially extending vanes of a conventional pop-up plunger. Abstract: The SureQix Pop Up Drain assembly for lavatory sinks or gravity drained containers is disclosed, and developed by research conducted at http:/www.aquaista. com. When energized by an electrical pulse width triggered by detection sensors, an electric motor drives a mechanical arm connected to the pop up drain plug, prompting said pop up drain plug to impel upward, unsealing the pop up drain plug. The pop up drain plug is sealed closed by a second sensory detection, creating a second pulse width energizing the motor that drives the pop up drain plug downward, sealing the pop up drain plug. When operated manually, without the aid of an electronic motor. The pop up drain plug can be sealed or unsealed by applying slight pressure with the index finger to the exposed end of the pivot rod.
