Abstract: A load center assembly is provided. The load center assembly comprises a frame, an electrical panel assembly, and a plurality of electrical wire harnesses. The frame includes a first side and a second side. The first side and the second side are substantially parallel and connected by a plurality of cross members. The electrical panel assembly is connected to the first side and the second side. The electrical panel assembly includes a plurality of breakers. The plurality of electrical wires harnesses is connected to the frame. Each of the plurality of electrical wire harnesses includes a plurality of wires. A first end of each wire of the plurality of wires is routed into the electrical panel assembly and is terminated in a corresponding breaker. The load center assembly is configured to be disposed in a wall frame.

Abstract: A positioning device and a fastening device to fix the relative position of two or more adjacent tiles on a tiled display and to provide alignment. Fixing the relative position of two adjacent display tiles will facilitate the alignment of tiles in tiled displays where the seam between tiles will be as regular as possible, thereby avoiding the introduction of misalignments and their associated visual artefacts. The positioning device allows linkage of it to at least two tiles of a tiled display. The display tiles are often rectangular in shape and the positioning device is then located at a corner of the tile. The positioning device can also be attached to a support structure to make a tiled display.

Abstract: A modular frame assembly for being selectively assembled to frame an object includes a plurality of first framing units. A plurality of second framing units is provided. Each of the second framing units removably engages each of the first framing units. Thus, the first framing units and the second framing units form a rectangle. Each of the first framing units and the second framing units frame the object thereby enhancing an ornamental appearance of the object.

Abstract: Custom LED light panel displays (20, 20a, 20b) are provided, equipped with transparent media covers (22), replaceable, image-bearing media sheets (24), and support and illumination assemblies (26) having backing panels (38) supporting the sheets (24). The sheets (24) are located between the covers (22) and the backing panels (38), and can be readily replaced without disassembly of the displays (20, 20a, 20b). The displays (20, 20a, 20b) are illuminated by means of peripheral LED lights (86) disposed about central panel sections (50) forming a part of the backing panels (38). The LED-emitted light may be4 scattered or changed in color to achieve different illumination patterns.

Abstract: Supports for plural billboard display modules include one or more structural frames mountable to existing billboard poster panels and other planar structural surfaces; each individual structural frame having a sufficient number of frame cutout areas to minimize frame weight to no greater than fifty pounds for hand lifting and mounting to the poster panels, but not such a sufficient number of frame cutout areas to compromise the structural integrity of the structural frame for resisting wind load forces in excess of 100 pounds per square foot when mounted to the poster panels while supporting the plural billboard display modules; and wherein each structural frame is arranged in an array of structural bay members defined by the cutout areas and visual separation features, the visual separation features facilitating the separating of the array into smaller array configurations, wherein the smallest array is a one bay high by one bay wide configuration.

The illuminated display may include a front portion with a sign holder and a plurality of lights configured to project a light on a sign when the sign is within the sign holder. The illuminated display may further include a slot configured to store additional signs. Therefore, a user may display one sign from the sign holder and then change the sign to display another sign when desired.

Abstract: An optionally extending or retracting display panel assembly, comprising a horizontally elongated support bracket configured for support at an upper portion of a relatively large first container, or the like, primary magnetic apparatus carried to magnetically attract the bracket toward the container, for removable bracket attachment to the container, and the display panel assembly and associated connections configured for horizontal displacement guiding by the bracket during panel extension and retraction relative to the container, while the panel remains generally vertically proximate a vertical side of the container. A counter-weight system assists panel leveling as well as extension and retraction.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for pairing players in a golf tournament including a board with a display side having a plurality of groups bearing a predetermined number of slots. A plurality of magnetic name tag elements including a display space for receiving indicia associated with player to be paired are placed over selectively determined player slots providing a visual indication of occupied and unoccupied player slots. Changes in pairings that occur are responded to by moving corresponding name tag elements to different player slots.

Abstract: A portable scoring apparatus is provided comprising a carrying case is formed of two half sections joined together by a flexible connecting section. The half sections are capable of being pivoted with respect to each other at least about 180 degrees. The two half sections can be open during use and closed during transport. A plurality of scoring elements having numeric indicia are secured to an inside surface of one of the half sections. The scoring elements are pivotable so that they can be supported by the inside surface of the second half section. The scoring elements have the same numeric indicia on both their top surfaces and their bottom surfaces so that different venues at a sporting event can view the correct score.

Abstract: A versatile surround trim mounting device comprises an extruded metal surround trim piece formed as three separate legs and joined together to form a U-shaped frame structure. The extrusion comprises a pair of parallel trim edges that are separated from each other by a connecting recessed tile support therebetween. The recessed tile support is further provided with two side support structures. A spring bias force is placed against one of the side supports to urge a tile to lock it against the opposite side support so that the versatile surround trim appears to the eye be horizontal and vertical rows of decorative tiles surrounding a prefabricated fireplace.

Abstract: A scoreboard system for use in tournament play such as in golf, tennis and trap and skeet shooting events, which includes a plurality of scoreboard panels which are portable so as to be selectively moved between an outdoor support system and an indoor support system and wherein at least two of the scoreboard panels include two different player grid portions permanently displayed on the front and rear surfaces thereof for accommodating different types of tournaments having differing numbers of players and wherein the panels are reversible with respect to their support systems whereby, when the front surfaces are mounted in display relationship with respect to one another, a first grid pattern is established, and wherein, when the rear surfaces thereof are oriented in a display relationship, either a second or third grid pattern is created.

Abstract: A flight desk is simple yet provides visual indicators so that a more failsafe procedure may be followed utilizing the device for pilot pre-flight checklists, or other lists or procedures. A board assembly includes a main body having a flat top surface, and a number of visual indicators, such as LEDs. The LEDs are mounted on the main body top surface so that when an indicator card with pre-flight or in-flight indicia is mounted on the flat surface, the indicia line up with the LEDs. A clip, or like holding device, holds the indicator card on the flat top surface. A storage compartment is formed in the body for receipt of a number of the indicator cards, with tabs of the cards extending outwardly from the body. Channels are defined along the top and bottom edges of the body for receipt of electrical accessories with protrusions shaped like the channels, or mechanical accessories with similarly shaped protrusions.

Abstract: This invention relates to a portable, yet full size tennis scoring apparatus. This scoring device is constructed of a durable fabric and is designed so as to be foldable about itself into a small and portable configuration and yet be unfoldable to a full size with adequate room for indicating players' names, set, game and point scoring tallies and promotional, organizational or sponsorship information. This tennis scoring apparatus is also designed so as to be large enough so that when it is unfolded it would be clearly visible to the players and spectators. Further, the apparatus is designed so it is capable of being affixed during use to either fence netting or netting post. This device also enables a player to accurately measure the height of the net at the center. Paddle-shaped markers are removably held in pockets formed on the fabric and register with scoring indicia placed on scoring placards which are also detachably held on the fabric.

Abstract: A display element mounting arrangement provides a pair of display holders for frictionally-engaging and supporting an elongated display element at its opposite ends. The display holders are adapted to be mounted on and frictionally secured to a support member, such as a circuit board. Each display holder includes a display-engaging portion and a support member-engaging portion. The display-engaging portion includes four walls which define a chamber into which an end of the display is inserted. Friction tabs in the chamber aid in retainedly engaging the display. The support member-engaging portion includes a leg adapted to extend through and move in a slot which extends inward from an edge of the circuit board. A foot formed on the end of the leg is so spaced from the display-engaging portion as to provide frictional engagement between it and the circuit board.

The panel board also includes a dressing frame, which frame is removably mounted on the display surface of the supervisory control panel. When mounted on the supervisory control panel, the dressing frame supports a film member in a state wherein this film member is kept in close contact with the supervisory display surface. That film member is inscribed with a graphic diagram of the process steps desired to be supervised.

In one embodiment, the support portion is slotted to receive J-hook or peg hook portions so as to be suspended from the hook, whereby an attached pressure-sensitive adhesively backed label is visible. The support portion and the label-supporting portion are joined by a narrow neck region whereby cut-away parts of the tag are disposed on opposite sides of the neck to provide alternative support means. Further, the label-supporting portion may be folded over to define a pocket into which the label can be inserted. In another embodiment, the support portions are flexible anchor arms which can be folded out of the tag plane, each arm including a distal end with wing-like projections that can be flexed to permit insertion of the wings in peg board holes or other apertures and unflexed so as to anchor against the back surface of a peg board or other structure.

Abstract: Accurate positioning of a portable coded data reader, such as is used for reading merchandise bar codes, is achieved by a plastic display tag having a guide ledge formed integrally with a display section in which the coded indicia are displayed. When the reader is slid along the ledge it is automatically positioned properly to read the coded indicia. The guide ledge is separated from the display section by a fold line which permits the ledge to be folded substantially perpendicular to the display section. A second guide ledge may also be provided to define a guide channel between the two ledges. Mounting projections are formed integrally with the tag and project from opposite sides of the display section to engage respective apertures in an apertured support structure.

Abstract: A changeable sign comprises a support wall for changeable sign components having removably attached thereto a plurality of thin, flat, rectangular, flexible sign component pieces arranged in close contiguous rows so as to fill an entire sign-forming area of the sign and so that the sign component pieces from a distance appear to form a single sheet sign having one continuous flat surface. The sign component pieces are of two basic types, one type being indicia-containing sign component pieces having visible from the front faces thereof one or more numeric digits, symbols, and/or alphabet character indicia so as to form alone or with other adjacent sign component piece, numbers, words, and/or the like, and the other type being blank spacer component pieces which fit between adjacent indicia-containing sign component pieces.

Abstract: This invention comprises a display especially suitable for a large system, such as a utility distribution network diagram, a map, or the like, which is subject to frequent revision. The complete display is made up of a multiplicity of small display members arranged in abutting relationship, which can be revised and replaced individually as necessary to keep the entire display up-to-date, without the necessity of replacing the complete display. A frame having an array of apertures, each smaller than one display member, supports the entire display. Each display member has attached to its back at least one mounting unit which is removably receivable in one of the apertures in the frame.

The end member is adapted to fit over the open end portion of the body member when it is in a non-collapsed position with either its concave or convex surfaces exposed to customer view. When so positioned, the end member rigidly maintains the body member in its non-collapsed position for use.

Abstract: A directory assembly suitable for use in apartment complexes, mobile home parks, medical and business centers, etc. The directory assembly is comprised of a plurality of modules attached to the front surface of a backboard member. Each of the modules has a left-side major frame member, a right-side major frame member and a plurality of tab members. The right-side and left-side major frame members are identical in shape and each has a longitudinally extending channel in its top surface. Each of the tab members have an elongated body with downwardly extending resiliently compressible structure on its opposite ends that are mateable with the longitudinally extending channels of the major frame members.

Abstract: In a price display board self-coiling plastic tapes having a sequence of numerals imprinted on them are translatable past rows of windows. Tape holders behind the windows have platens for supporting the tapes from their rear faces. The platens have one edge molded integrally with the holders and three free edges so they can act as preflexed flat springs for pressing the tapes against tape guide flanges which extend along the sides of the windows.

In various embodiments of the invention an information readout is provided on reverse sides of the calculator including one embodiment wherein the printed format of the slide and sleeve components is applied to one surface only of the respective leaf members. The slide component can be formed of two or more generally rectangular elongated slide segments folded into overlapping disposition, with data applied to each side of the slide segments.

Each display panel is carried by wheels on a track which is adjustable to any front and back position with respect to the base of the stand. The top of each display panel carries a light-weight scissors whose sole function is to hold the panel vertical and which rolls in an upper track so that whatever position the bottom track is placed in, the upper scissors can accommodate to and hold the panel vertical.

Abstract: A signal lamp comprises a housing defining two openings of corresponding overall shape and size, and an electrical light source mounted in the housing to provide a light beam which leaves the housing by way of one of the openings. The lamp also comprises translucent members, each of which corresponds in overall shape and size to the shape and size of each of the two openings, and retaining nibs for retaining any one of the translucent members in the first opening, so that the light beam passes through that translucent member when leaving the housing, and for retaining any one at least of the translucent members in the second opening. At least one of the translucent members includes a color filter so that when that translucent member is fitted in the first opening the color of the light beam is modulated by the color filter.
