Abstract: An instrument panel has an aperture in which a display may be arranged. The instrument panel further comprises a rotatable display mechanism. The mechanism comprising at least three display surfaces supported on a rotatable support. A first display surface comprises a touch sensitive display screen; a second display surface comprises at least one dial or gauge; and a third display surface comprises a trim element. The support is mounted for rotation with respect to a mount and the mount is movable away from and towards the aperture in the instrument panel. In use each display surface may be arranged in the aperture. To change from one display surface to another display surface, the mount is moved away from the instrument panel, the support is rotated and the mount is then moved back towards the instrument panel so as to align another display surface in the aperture.

A rotating open-top pelvic region structure can permit viewing or video capture during the simulated procedure.

Abstract: A rolling information display apparatus and a method of displaying product information on a roller grill. A circular and symmetrical thimble device is configured to accept replaceable product information displays through the center of the device. The thimble acts as a collar for the product display information sign which is removable to allow for changing product information. The apparatus rolls along with the movement of the roller grill on which products are kept warmed in a typical retail display. The apparatus and the method of display disclosed allow for immediate labeling of products on a retail roller grill along with quick change capability to allow information to be changed in the thimble without the need to open up any apparatus or device.

The clip is slid and retained by a friction fit within the slot such that when three clips are installed the fingers and slots formed therein can hold the sign graphics strip. The rotatable label may have a transparent portion and is temporarily secured to a container or an inner label that is permanently secured to the container via a temporary adhesive disposed on a leading edge of the rotatable label's back surface. Permanent adhesive is disposed on the trailing edge of the rotatable label's back surface. The rotatable label is then wrapped around the container so that the trailing edge of the rotatable label's back surface comes in contact with the rotatable label's front surface. The rotatable label is then rotated with respect to the inner label or container, thereby breaking the temporary bond formed by the temporary adhesive between the rotatable label and inner label or container. Alternatively, temporary adhesive may be disposed on the trailing edge of the rotatable label's back surface to allow the rotatable label to be easily removed from the container.

The clusters are mounted on a single support or frame. A rotating mechanism controlled by a vehicle driver moves the selected cluster into the line of sight of the viewing surface. A source of light backlights only the selected cluster when the selected cluster is lined up with the viewing surface. A reflector between the light sources and cluster spreads the backlighting evenly across the cluster. The light source is set on a PCB that includes a microcontroller for controlling the lights and sending display information to each cluster.

Abstract: A rotatable label system includes a label and a package with a viewing window that is secured to the container but which allows access to the container and also allows the container to freely rotate relative to the package. The package is configured with a different form factor than the container itself to provide an interstice adjacent the viewing window. The interstice allows consumers to view contiguous portions of the label on the container that are not aligned with the viewing window. As such, consumers are able to easily recognize that the label system is rotatable.

The expandable rotatable label is preferably adapted with a transparent window portion to permit viewing of indicia disposed underneath the rotatable label. By rotating the expandable label relative to the container, a user can view written indicia disposed on the container or on an inner label affixed to the container.

The movable element is preferably recessed so that no portion thereof extends beyond the front face of the door, but is constructed so as to be accessible for manual movement to change the information displayed. An adjustment system is provided for aligning the movable element with the door opening, and a bearing system is used to facillitate movement of the movable element.

By the expedient of providing a slit light source for each rotating message display, sequential illumination is provided as each message of the array rotates for viewer presentation.

The rotatable label device includes an inner shell and an outer shell concentrically and rotatably mounted to the inner shell. Either the container, the inner shell or the outer shell may include a set of rims for limiting the movement of the outer shell along the axis of the container. These rims may be created by gluing panels, folding, embossing or by detaching perforated sections of an outer label. The rotatable label device may be attached to the container in one-step by first tacking the inner label to the outer label, mounting the combined unit and then separating the inner label from the outer label.

Abstract: A device for providing object visibility from all sides comprises a cylinder having an opaque surface interrupted by a plurality of transparent sections forming viewing slots elongated in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the cylinder, and a like plurality of objects mounted inside the cylinder, with each object being associated with a viewing slot. The cylinder rotates around the longitudinal axis at a high angular velocity to enable viewing of the object through the slots. The objects can be, for example, an inscription, a picture, a three-dimensional object, a running inscription, a mobile picture, a mobile three-dimensional object or any combination thereof.
