Abstract: Disclosed is a rotary sign board having a case split into two or more case sections, wherein the case sections surround the outer periphery of a display assembly, and are adapted to be pivoted through hinge assemblies, thereby being opened or closed, so that an advertisement object can be conveniently replaced. The rotary sign board includes: a frame having a top frame body surrounding a post, and a bottom frame body arranged to be spaced from the top frame body; a display assembly rotatably installed between the top frame body and the bottom frame body of the frame; a case split into two or more case sections, the case sections being arranged between the top frame body and the bottom frame body so as to surround the outer periphery of the display assembly; and hinge assemblies provided at the top and bottom ends of the adjacent lateral edges of the case sections, respectively, so as to allow the case sections to be pivoted.

Abstract: The support comprises at least one sheet (2) of a substantially rigid and foldable material having a display face (3), elastic return and constraint bands (44) for making the display face of the sheet convex, and a plurality of inserts (18-20) for keeping the display face of the sheet in the convex state, opposing the elastic constraint bands, and exerting their force in a discretely distributed way along the said display face of the sheet. The inserts (18-20) have a length equal to the distance between the two lateral edges (8, 9) of the sheet (2), in its convex state, the sheet being extended by two sets of lateral tabs (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) intended to form two sets of dihedrals for receiving the inserts, the elastic bands (44) interacting with the inserts and the tabs (12-17) and exerting, in addition to their horizontal constraint force, vertical forces in opposite directions (49, 50) to keep the inserts at the correct height in the convex state of the display face.

Abstract: The invention provides a device for advertising. The device includes a shaft to be vertically mounted, in use; an upper connection means proximate the upper end of the shaft for connecting to one end of each of at least two resiliently flexible rods; and a lower connection means proximate the lower end of the shaft for connecting to each other end of the resiliently flexible rods, such that with each rod being longer than the distance between the upper and lower connection means a banner of flexible material can, in use, be spanned by each rod in a plane defined by the rod and shaft.

Abstract: A picture frame assembly includes a backing plate having a front surface, a rear surface, and a plurality of parallel grooves in one of the surfaces. The material and thickness of the backing plate are chosen so that the backing plate may be plastically deformed about a bending axis parallel to the grooves. At least one frame element, which may be formed integrally with the backing plate, is for provided for retaining a planar picture element against the front surface of the backing plate. A pair of tack elements extending from the rear surface are provided for mounting the assembly to a cylindrical object such as a tree or a candle.

Abstract: A retractable banner stand has a banner, a support base, a mast, a retracting mechanism, and a means for imparting a curvature in the horizontal plane on the banner. Typically a cross member will be provided for supporting the banner in an extended upright position and typically the base will be a housing that included the retracting mechanism. The means for imparting a curvature may comprise a pair of elongate forms each with a banner engaging area that has a curved surface. The elongate forms can be resiliently flexible to repeatably provide and release the curved surface upon set-up and take-down. Various means for holding the resiliently flexible form in place include hinged spacers, slidable spacers, hinged form, or slidable form connected to the base. Alternatively, the curved surface may be rigid and insertable into engagement with the banner.

Abstract: A merchandiser includes a front door or wall portion which forms a barrier between an exterior side and an interior side of the merchandiser. The front door or wall portion holds a first display panel in a relatively fixed manner so that an exterior side of the first display panel forms at least a portion of the exterior side of the merchandiser. The first display panel including portions that are clear, so as to allow a user of the merchandiser to see through the clear portion of the first display panel. A replaceable graphics display panel, which itself has replaceable graphics cards thereon, is placeable in juxtaposition with an interior facing side of the first display panel, so that the replaceable graphics cards thereon are aligned with the clear portions, so that the replaceable graphics cards are viewable from the exterior side of the merchandiser.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a point of sale display having two joined flexible substrates capable of receiving a display material, each substrate having at least one leaf spring attached thereto and at least one fold line. Upon activation of the leaf springs, the substrates form curved surfaces, thereby giving the display a three dimensional form. The leaf springs and fold lines allow the display to be compressed flat and folded for shipping and storage.

Abstract: A display banner having connectable pole sections, some of which are flexible, insertable into a sleeve on a sheet shaped like a half-heart such that, when the assembled pole sections are so inserted, the pole sections form a J-shape or fish-hook shape and retain the sheet taut to the assembled pole. An anchor assembly receives the assembled display banner into a rotatable stem thereby permitting the display banner to rotate freely.

Each of the plurality signs is disposed adjacent to and bearing indicia identifying a corresponding one of the plurality of parking spaces and is affixed to both of the first and second cable segments in a steadying relationship.
