Abstract: A portable ultrasound imaging assembly includes a cart or support stand on which is mounted a portable ultrasound imaging system and a handle that can be grasped by a user to move the cart and imaging assembly into the desired position. The support stand further includes a storage bin removably mounted in a readily accessible location directly below the handle. The storage bin is formed to hold a number of large containers, such as cylindrical sanitizing wipe canisters, and has a profile similar to that of the handle. The profile of the storage bin includes a rear facing recess within which the support stand is disposed when the storage bin is secured to the support stand in either a forward or rearward facing direction. The attachment structure(s) for the storage bin is located within the recess to minimizing the profile of the storage bin on the support stand.

Abstract: A display apparatus having levitation effect comprises: a panel support portion supported by one of a floor, a side wall, and a ceiling; a display panel vertically spaced apart from the panel support portion so as to display an image; a transmission panel made of a transparent material and connecting the display panel to the panel support portion such that a gap between the panel support portion and the display panel is penetrated and visible in a state in which the display panel is levitated; and a transparent electrode attached to the transmission panel and formed in a film form having electric conductivity and light transmission so as to transmit power and signals for driving the display panel from the panel support portion.

The housing comprises a recess, and the recess includes a protrusion to contact the detachable member and further includes a recessed bay. Abstract: Sign display devices are described herein. The sign display devices comprise panel assemblies for attaching to beams and attachment assemblies for attaching to signs. The panel assemblies include a front panel, two side panels, and, optionally, rear panels. The attachment assemblies include various combinations of clip assemblies, C-channel assemblies, and extension assemblies. The display device can be used to display signs in retail establishments to advertise the goods situated on shelving units.

Abstract: A cam holder system is described. A cam mechanism allows the holder to accept sheet material and be closed easily, while still maintaining strong holding power. The holder is formed by two or more separate pieces of extruded rigid material that slide together. End caps can be used to hold the pieces in alignment with each other so that they do not slide apart when the holder is opened. The cam is located near the middle of the assembly so that the user has leverage when opening and closing the holder. The holder can be squeezed in one direction to open the holder, and in the other direction to close the holder. A lever arm for closure is located above the cam, and a lever arm for opening is located below the cam. The receiving slot is located on-center so that the holder and the sheet material remain aligned with each other during use.

Abstract: A thin, graphic support assembly comprising an elongated base rail and an elongated cover rail which come together around a board to form four sides of a frame. A spring mechanism is fully captured after the base rail and cover rail are assembled together, and the angle and position of the spring channel allows the hinge location to be at the top/outer edge of the frame. The elongated base rail and elongated cover rail can be oriented in a parallel relationship when closed for capturing a display panel or a perpendicular relationship when open for inserting or removing a display panel.

A first sign holding section is defined by first portions of the first and second walls and is located on a first side of the connecting wall. A second sign holding section is defined by second portions of the first and second walls and is located on a second side of the connecting wall. A channel is defined on the second wall for engaging an associated bracket used to mount the sign holder on a support.

Abstract: A single or double post sign structure that is configured to accommodate the attachment of panels to one or both sides of a vertical upright. The sign panel is provided with keyed indentations that are located at the top and bottom edges of the panel to permit capture and rigid securement of the sign panel by a pair of retaining buttons that are used to anchor the sign panel to the sign post. Each retaining button is provided with protrusions corresponding to the keyed indentations of the sign panel. As a result, when the protrusion of the retaining button is engaged and seated in the keyed indentation of the sign panel, it becomes locked in place so that there is no room for lateral movement or removal of the panel. As a result, vandals or thieves are prevented from laterally sliding the sign panel to improperly remove it.

Abstract: Devices for holding signage on a pallet, methods of displaying signage on a pallet, pallets, and methods of utilization thereof. In one form, the device includes a mounting plate, a support plate integral with the mounting plate, and a signage support unit integral with the support plate. In one form, the method involves attaching a mounting plate to the pallet, such that a support plate is integrally formed with the mounting plate, positioning a support unit that is integrally formed with the support plate and has a channel configured to hold signage therein, and placing signage within the channel. In one form, the pallet includes a plurality of substantially horizontal members attached to a substantially rectangular frame, a mounting plate attached to at least one of the rectangular frame and the plurality of substantially horizontal members, a support plate integral with the mounting plate, and a signage support unit configured to hold signage therein.

Abstract: A sign holder arrangement for the support of a sign from an overhead support. The holder arrangement comprises an upper sign holder assembly clamped upon an upper edge of the sign and a lower sign holder assembly clamped upon a lower edge of the sign. At least one outer support clip is disposed peripherally around the upper sign holder. The clip has a cable attached thereto and to the overhead support to hold the sign therefrom.

Abstract: The improved sign/banner support is comprised of two parallel banner rods, each parallel to the vertical axis of a round or polygonal pole and each terminating in a cincture dimensioned to compressibly clinch the pole. The banner rods and cincture are comprised of a single length of a springable wire material. The rods are spaced to form an opening whereby the improved banner support may be presented to the pole. When mounted on the pole, the banner rods abut against the pole while the cincture forms an acute angle with respect to the vertical axis of the pole.

A connecting mechanism slidably connects the first sign portion to the second sign portion. A biasing mechanism biases the first sign portion and the second sign portion in a general direction toward each other. A first securing mechanism releasably secures the top edge of the first sign portion to the top edge of the sign. A second securing mechanism releasably secures the bottom edge of the second sign portion to the bottom edge of the sign.

Abstract: A snap frame assembly for engagably supporting a one or double sided planar display panel, comprising an elongated extruded carrier frame having an elongated housing with a central opening therein, an elongated extruded front plate slidably mounted on an elongated rigid member extending from the housing, and an elongated pivotable member flexibly attached to the housing by an elongated commonly extruded hinge. The front plate has an upper channel member which rotatively pivots on an arm extending from the housing and has a lower channel member which pivots together with a curved housing plate which comprises a portion of the housing of the carrier frame.

Abstract: An apparatus configured to allow the retention of at least one display board with a mounting structure is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a retaining system. A portion of the retaining system is deformable to retain at least one display board in a press-in, interference engagement. The apparatus may also include a mounting structure such as an easel. An apparatus for use with one or more display boards is also disclosed. The apparatus comprises a mounting structure including a base and a first panel coupled to the base. The first panel is configured to support the one or more display boards and to be selectively movable between a first position and a second position.

Abstract: A yard sign includes a planar sign member and upper and lower trim members. The trim members are formed from complementary trim elements that are mirror images of each other and snap fit over the upper and lower edges of the sign. The trim members have openings in their distal surfaces which permit the sign to be supported by either a ground frame or hung from an overhead support.

Abstract: A signage system comprising a prism-shaped tri-panel louver having a slot at each corner into which can be slid a clip. The clip is generally V-shaped with a pair of opposing sides joined at one end to form an apex. At the apex end is a pair of opposing fingers which are generally parallel to the clip sides. The fingers form a slot on each side. The clip is slid and retained by a friction fit within the slot such that when three clips are installed the fingers and slots formed therein can hold the sign graphics strip. The clip can flex somewhat to allow for insertion in a slot in the louver.

Abstract: A holder for displaying a thin advertising placard on a fixture exhibiting merchandise for sale, has an elongated shank shaped at one end for detachable fixation to the fixture, and carrying at the other end a three-dimensional head for holding the placard. The head has at least one, preferably more, substantially linear slot extending across a portion of its periphery and inwardly into its interior for receiving a marginal portion of the placard. Each such slot on its interior is shaped for gripping the placard portion.

Abstract: A spring loaded holder with a holder plate which is rotatable between a deactivated zone and an activated zone. When the holder plate is manually moved to the activated zone a cam action will be activated to apply a holding force to the holder plate for firmly holding objects of varied thickness. Such holders can be installed in a picture frame for holding a stack of art sheets. For a vertically mounted art frame a displayed art sheet smaller than the internal size of the art frame can also be held by this holder without shifting. Unused art sheets and associated mat boards can be mounted along with the displayed art sheet. Since all art sheets and mat boards are kept together, the change of art sheet display can be easily achieved any time if desired. Such picture frame can also be used for displaying and storing expired calendar books. The holder can be further modified and used in a variety of holding boards including fun boards, bulletin boards and poster boards.

Abstract: A holder for decorative sheet material comprising two separate pieces, one piece for attaching to an upper edge portion of a sheet material and for hanging from a wall, the other piece for attaching to a lower edge portion of the sheet material. Each piece of the holder comprises a top plate and a base plate hingedly connected together, and means such as a post, adhesive tape or spring-loaded clip for connecting the sheet material to the base plate. In particular embodiments, spring-loaded clips both hingedly connect the top and base plates, and act as a means to connect the sheet material to the base plate.

A separate cover plate is slidably attached to the S-shaped double-curved snap plate for providing a further bias to the pinching of the display panel.

Abstract: A spring loaded latching mechanism for a sign holding mechanism permitting rapid changes of thin, rigid sinage, which is rugged and able to withstand heavy wind buffeting including such caused by rapidly moving cars and trucks. The latching mechanism comprises a pair of jaw-like actuators or hook members, at least one of which includes a shoulder bolt retainer member and compression spring member.

Abstract: A display apparatus for securing a display item for display is provided. The display apparatus comprises a monolithic frame made of a flexible light weight material having a body formed around the periphery of a central opening within which one or more display items can be mounted; and one or more fastening mechanisms extended from the inner perimeters of the frame body inward toward center of the central opening for slidably receiving the one or more display items. Each of the fastening mechanisms comprises first and second flexible loop tongues each having inner and outer surfaces, the inner surfaces of the first and second loop tongues facing each other and approximately coplanar to provide a receiving space therebetween, such that one or more edges of at least one display item can be frictionally secured in between said receiving space by wedging open the coplanar inner surfaces of the flexible loop tongues apart for a relatively tight fit therebetween.

Abstract: A convertible message sign for indicating the docking status of a vehicle. The convertible message sign includes a mounting plate for mounting on the vehicle and having a front surface, a back surface, a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge and a second side edge. The front surface of the mounting plate has two sections. A plurality of placards are pivotally mounted on the mounting plate such that each of the placards pivots about a substantially common axis and is alternately positionable in front of one of the sections of the front surface. Each of the status indicia includes a single character.

Abstract: A basic piece having a thick potion has its end engaged with an outer covering piece so as to provide a card insertion opening formed on one side portion. A card pinching piece having elasticity is disposed in a space between the basic piece and the outer covering piece and attached to the outer covering piece such that one end of the card pinching piece abuts against the basic piece.
