The curved rod member can be mountable above a welt of a footwear. Abstract: The present invention provides a label clip for use with a bin divider, having a first major face and a second label bearing face. Typically, the first major face and the second label bearing face are angled from one another by an angle of approximately 0-60° and preferably by about 20°. The faces are connected to a divider of a bin system by an extension leg and a retaining leg and preferably an insertion leg. One or more reinforcing sections may link the extension leg and label face. The clip may also optionally include one or more gripping sections protruding from the extension leg toward the major face.

Abstract: A spoke flag made of weather-resistant and tear-resistant material may be wrapped around a single spoke such as a bicycle spoke. The spoke flag may wrap around the spoke on one end of the spoke flag and may be secured thereto by means of a single strip of double-sided tape which sticks to both the spoke and spoke flag, or by a clip or clamps. The length of the flag may be sufficient to flutter when in motion. The spoke flag may include various artistic designs and may include advertising.

A representative method in accordance with a particular embodiment includes selecting an item of clothing and, before or after the item of clothing is worn a first time, removably attaching a first tag to the item of clothing. The first tag has a first fixedly integrated identifier having a characteristic attribute with a first value. After the item of clothing is worn at least one time with the first tag, the first tag can be removed and a second tag is removably attached to the item of clothing, with the second tag having a second fixedly integrated identifier with a second value of the characteristic attribute that is different than the first value. After the item is worn at least one time with the second tag, the item of clothing is designated for cleaning, and the second tag is removed.

Abstract: Improvements in a compliant upright drink insulator attachment device that is works with a standard drink insulator. The attachment device uses two parts where one part mates with the second part to slip through a standard insulated drink holder. These insulated drink holders are commonly called coolies or koozies and are manufactured with a central hole to allow for draining. A clip connects a compliant cord to one or both of the two parts. The compliant cord is configured as a coiled cord. A weight is connected to the free end of the compliant cord to keep the insulated drink holder in an upright orientation in the water. The compliant cord allows the weight to move semi independent from the insulated drink holder, and further allows the weight to be stored within the insulated drink holder for storage when it is not being used.

Abstract: A hand held magnetic test panel holder that will attach metal or paper test panels magnetically, and will magnetically attach to a metal wall or surface. Its main body is formed to provide a handle and an extension to provide space to hold a test panel at a distance to paint a test panel without the paint coming in contact with the user's hand. This hand held magnetic test panel holder holds a metal clip board with its magnet, which in turn will hold a paper test panel. The user will paint the test panel with a paint spraying device with one hand, and hold the hand held magnetic test panel holder with the other hand. When not in use, the device will magnetically attach to a metal wall for storage and when paint is in the drying process.

The strap has a series of holes, one of which is captured within the snap closure to attach the wristband to the wearer's limb. The laminated ID label has a pair of opposing slots, one of which slips over the strap to abut the panel and the other of which is captured by the snap closure to attach the label to the carrier. The panel portion has a relieved edge formed along its opposing sides which increases the comfort of the wristband as it is worn.

The label holder includes a planar backing element supporting the label holder portion for viewing at a preselected angle, with a trapezoidal connector formed in the backing element to snappingly engage over a horizontally extending wire rod of the grid. The trapezoidal connector may include a plurality of flexible bumps or ridges for enhanced gripping of the wire rods of the grid. The remainder of the backing element rests against the vertically extending wire rods of the grid.

The price channel has a U-shaped, rear facing flange with opposing fingers at the free-ends that go over the metal rail that is attached to the shelf and grip into grooves between the metal rail and the wood shelf.

Abstract: A paper clip cover bearing printed indicia such as decorative or informational content that can be affixed to a sheaf of documents and function as a standard paper clip while displaying the information contained on the cover to the recipient of the documents. Three embodiments are disclosed including one with a front section and a back strip attached end-to-end across the front section to form a pocket for receiving a prong of the paper clip. Another embodiment simply has two slits cut into the paper cover to form an intermediate tab, and no backing. A third embodiment has two full sheets of paper glued together, with multiple paper clip covers defined by perforations through the sheets. In this case the user can print the sheets in a standard office printer with desired decoration, and punches them out.

A spring-loaded yo-yo is fastened and positioned on the reverse side of the holder, such that the yo-yo remains partially or completely invisible as the card, along with its holder, is viewed from the front side. As the yo-yo is integrated with the holder, the result will be a small-sized, readily portable, and easy-to-handle assembly, which can be distanced from a bearer to the proximity of a code reader for an electric lock without releasing the suspension.

The warning sign is installed on the structural member by a utility worker at ground level by pushing it upward onto the structural member, about which it locks and cannot be easily removed. The support member and warning message are preferably extruded from high-density polyethylene which includes ultraviolet (UV) inhibitors.

Abstract: A pipe or conduit labeler includes a saddle leg having an inside diameter equal to or slightly smaller than an outside diameter of a pipe or conduit to be labeled. The saddle leg is molded to a saddle stem which in turn is molded to a sign plate. A user either writes useful information directly on the sign plate or affixes a pre-made label to the plate. The sign plate optionally includes raised lettering or information such as an arrow pre-molded on the plate; or Braille characters. The labeler resiliently clips onto the pipe or conduit being labeled. More complex variations of the labeler include extending arms and moveble joins, enabling the identification of pipes or conduits which are at difficult angles or out of direct sight of a user. The labeler allows for quickly and clearly labeling pipes, conduit, tubes, and rods. The labeler can be mass produced as a single mold or in parts with different sign plates of varying size and construction. The sign plate provides a flat surface for writing.

Abstract: A sign holding device for a folding chair that allows the user to display customized messages on a back rest of the chair. The sign holder is attached to the back rest in various manners so as to permit messages to be displayed when the chair is unfolded. The sign holders are configured such that when the chair is folded, the chair can be carried and stacked without having to remove the sign holders from the back rest. One embodiment of the folding chair also includes an integral carrying handle that permits the folded chair to be carried by one hand. The integral carrying handle further comprises an opening that permits the carrying hand to grasp the handle better, and also permit the chair to be unfolded without removing the hand from the handle, such that the unfolding action does not pinch the carrying hand.

Abstract: Provided is a sign holder for mounting to and displaying from a shelf any of various planar signs. The sign holder includes a clamp having two pivotally-connected panels that can be placed into a clamping position to hold the planar sign. To hold the panels in the clamping position, the first panel includes a holding prong that can be received in a corresponding aperture of the second panel. To prevent the planar sign from slipping between the panels, the second panel includes a piercing prong that can pierce the planar sign and be received in a corresponding aperture of the first panel. So that the planar material does not interfere with the engagement between the holding prong and its corresponding aperture, the piercing prong can be spaced-apart from the pivotally-connected edges of the panels a greater distance than the holding prong is. Various mounting structures can be included.
