The assembly includes a pair of hook components directly coupled to a building wall surface and with a cantilevered hook member extending therefrom an offset length from a front surface of the hook components to define a bracket placement zone with one of the pair of brackets disposed therein and having an inner surface with an inner surface hook width spanning from terminal opposing lateral sides thereon and at least partially supporting an upper wall of the respective one of the pair of hook components, the aperture width at least approximately twice or greater than the inner surface hook width.

Further, a transparent cover including an outer periphery that is removably engaged from the sidewall opening. The cover having a first side and second side forming a concave profile to define a second interior portion, with the second side adjacent to the base when the cover and base are engaged, wherein the first and second interior portions form a chamber for the first indicia to be protectively and securely displayed. The base and cover engagement prevents unauthorized removal of the first indicia from the chamber by requiring a tool to separate the base and the cover.

It comprises a case with a back (32) and a front door (31) coupled together so as to be able to have the case (30) take up an open state, in which the object (D) is not protected and can be inserted into or removed from the case (30), and a closed state, in which the object (D) is protected and can neither be inserted into nor removed from the case (30), in which the front door (31) is provided with a transparent front panel (48) through which the object (D) is visibile from the front in the state with the case (30) closed. The window unit is characterised in that the back (32) is provided with a transparent rear panel (50) through which the object (D) is visibile from the rear in the state with the ease (30) closed.

Abstract: A multi-purpose, front-loading display frame includes a front frame member having a pair of opposite first and second lateral side sections, a rear frame member having a pair of opposite first and second lateral side sections, at least one hinge for pivotally joining the first lateral side section of the front member to the first side section of the rear frame member to permit pivotal movement between an open position, in which the second side sections of the front and rear frame members may be pivoted apart from one another, and a closed position, in which the second side sections are disposed closely adjacent to one another. A lock is mounted on one of the second side sections of one of the front and rear frame members, and at least one latch plate is engageable with the lock. The latch plate is mounted on the other of the second side sections of the other of the front and rear frame members for cooperative engagement with the lock.

Abstract: A picture frame capable of storing more than one picture, which includes a front frame member hingeably and removably attached to a rear support member, where the front frame member includes a frame surrounding a transparent display window and where the rear support member includes a picture compartment for storing pictures. The front frame member also includes a removable mat board mounted on the inside of the transparent window. The mat board forms a border on the inside of the display window and is releasably secured to the front frame member by flexible support arms. The front frame member and the rear support member are connected by a pair of releasable and interrelating fasteners mounted on the front frame member and the rear support member, respectively, for releasably securing the front frame member to the rear support member. The picture compartment includes an automatically adjusting, removable rear picture support removably mounted within the picture compartment.

Abstract: A security system for a license plate, vanity plate or tag includes a bracket for mounting on a vehicle in the space conventionally supporting license plates and a lockable frame interfitting therewith. The bracket has at least one slot for engaging a tab carried by the frame, and another slot for engaging a locking member extending from a lock. The frame has apertures for supporting a license plate, and the frame and license plate are readily removable as a unit for storage in a high security area to prevent theft of the license plate, as well as to deter the installation of an unauthorized license plate as often hapens when the vehicle will be stolen. The system can be mounted with the lock on the top or bottom side, and one embodiment includes an open area in the frame opposite the lock. The lock is preferably a cam lock and is positioned to deter tampering. A bracket has upper and lower planar portions which may be angled with respect to a main planar portion.

The frame comprises an integrally formed frame plate having a finished outer surface and a rear surface defining a plurality of recessions and a transparent lens section centrally located therein, a backing plate substantially the same outer dimensions of the frame plate, an adhesive gasket for joining the backing plate and frame plate and for sealing the contents therein from any moisture and an opaque cover plate which is removably attached to the frame plate for concealing the contents of the frame from view or light.
