An image display is integrated into the housing to display a respective one of the images of the bars and taverns that is located where it is 5:00 pm. A bar name display is integrated into the housing to visually communicate the name of the bar or tavern that is currently displayed on the image display. A location display is integrated into the housing to visually communicate the name of the bar or tavern that is currently is displayed on the image display.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display, comprising a back light module, a metal side frame, and a liquid crystal display panel disposed between the back light module and the metal side frame, wherein the metal side frame comprises a first magnet, the back light module comprises a second magnet, at least a portion of the first magnet and the second magnet are oppositely disposed, and each magnet is provided with an identical kind of magnetic pole on the side facing to the liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal display retains the gap between the liquid crystal display panel and the metal side frame, thereby preventing the problem of light leakage in a 0 grayscale image.

Abstract: A vehicle license plate frame and bumper assembly has a substrate formed of a high-durometer first polymer compound, and an overmold component formed of a lower-durometer, second polymer compound that is chemically compatible with the first polymer compound. The substrate includes an endless frame with forward, inner and outer faces, and license plate screw mounting tabs inwardly extending from the frame. The overmold component includes a bumper cohesively bonded to the frame but not to screw head-receiving areas of the tabs.

Abstract: A safety frame designed to go in high security environments (psychiatric wards, prisons, etc.) where framed art is desired for aesthetic reasons, but where there is potential for patients/inmates to hurt themselves or others if they are able to get pull a frame off the wall. The frame includes (a) molding strips joined to form a frame, the molding strips having a back surface and a front surface, with channels provided in front surface of the molding strips, the channels being wide enough to receive screws, and (b) cover strips adapted for being secured to the molding to cover and conceal the channels. The painted glass matting materials of certain example embodiments have been found to provide unique, aesthetically appealing framing-related products that enhance the quality of the original art in desirable ways.

The rail assembly includes a wall rail secured to the wall with a top rail secured thereto and receiving an apron crown molding. The frame assembly includes a frame unit formed by top and side frame members and closed by a back panel. The frame members have notched glass clips which are aligned in a plane. Display materials are front loaded into the frame unit, and a glass pane is slid into the clips. Fasteners extending from the side frame members are received in rotary lock members positioned in the top rail. The lock members are rotated to lock positions to engage heads of the fasteners to removably secure the frame assembly to the rail assembly.

Abstract: The present invention provides a water lantern with flashing light which mainly comprises a water lantern body, a holder, and a graphics card unit. The water lantern body is provided above the holder. The water lantern body comprises a plane portion backward. The holder is provided with a slot backward corresponding to the plane portion. The bottom of the slot is provided with at least one flashing light-emitting element. The graphics card unit is inserted in the slot of the holder, and corresponding to the plane portion of the water lantern body. The graphics card unit obtains the light source from the light-emitting element from the bottom. Therefore, looking back from the front of the water lantern body, the patterns on the graphics card unit allows the water lantern body having enlarged brilliant effects visually.

Abstract: Systems and methods for producing an accessorizable frame system comprising a display plate, a frame plate, and an attachment, which selectively and releaseably holds the display plate away from the frame plate, are disclosed. In some cases, the attachment that connects the display plate to the frame plate includes a clip that extends from the display plate and which is configured to be received in a corresponding opening within the frame plate. In some instances, to accessorize the frame system, a user adds an aligner, a liner, a back cover, and/or any other suitable component to the frame system.

Abstract: A digital photo frame (DPF) includes a power source, a power management unit, a display panel, a backlight unit, a touch sensing unit and a processing unit. The display panel includes a reflective structure. The power management unit is used to manage the power supply from the power source to the DPF. The touch sensing unit is used to produce a touch signal when detecting the DPF is touched by a user. The processing unit receives the touch signal, and controls the management unit to discontinue the power from the power source to the backlight unit, therefore display panel reflects images via the reflective structure.

The at least one stopper makes friction contact with the lip portion and the front plate when the at least one stopper is friction fit between the front plate and the back plate. The at least one stopper prevents movement of the front plate when the at least one stopper is friction fit between the front plate and the back plate.

The sheet comprises a flat sheet of media having a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and sheet edges between the first side and the second side. Perforations and creases are included within the first side and the second side of the sheet of media, and, when folded, produce a three-dimensional effect. The creases and the perforations define a picture region on the first side of the sheet of media and picture frame regions on the second side of the sheet of media. The picture region and the picture frame regions comprise surfaces having a material composition and texture that accepts and maintains marking material applied by printing devices. The perforations also define removable discard regions and tab slots. The removable discard regions are positioned only between the picture frame regions and the sheet edges.

The apparatus, called a “Personal Marquee,” is capable of holding an individual case standing upright such that a substantial portion of the cover of the case is visible to the user. The artwork on the apparatus is designed to evoke the sense of the facade of a classical movie theater with its “Now Showing” marquee. The media display includes a base for support, an upright section for holding the media case, and a riser if necessary to accommodate cases of different sizes. The upright is attached to the base or is integral with the base and has an opening in front through which the media case is visible.

Abstract: This is a frame system that allows for the assembly of an artist frame and a surface material over the frame where there is no need for internal bracing of the frame and the contact area between the surface material and the frame is minimized. The framing system comprises pre-fabricated sections of a frame that incorporate an I-Joist design with a beveled edge lip on the front facing side. When these frame sections are assembled any stretchable material such as canvas, cloth, or plastic can be pulled over the front of the frame with the lip and connected to the back side at the top or bottom of the modular I-Joist frame.

Abstract: A framing system suitable for framing artwork, drawings, pictures and the like. In one embodiment, a frame structure is formed of vertical and horizontal elements wherein a channel is formed in the top of the frame that will hold a variety of removable decorative panels, including, but not limited to mats, glass, wood, marble and fabric. The frame structure can be reused multiple times by changing the decorative panels to match new art or room decor. In one embodiment the decorative panel is made from the same mat board used in the inside mat of a double mat, that matches the color of the focal point of a picture, creating a visual progression from frame panel color to inside mat color to the picture focal point color. This frame structure & method of framing leads the viewers eye into the picture without taking attention away from the picture.

The system includes an information kiosk mountable to a wall inside the building. The kiosk has a base portion mountable to the wall and a decorative picture frame mounted to the base portion. The kiosk further includes an information sheet mounted between the picture frame and the base portion, the information sheet containing a plurality of fields for recording information about the residential building and the residence there in. The system also includes a reflective sticker mountable on an outside surface of the building, said reflective sticker having indicia indicating that the kiosk is mounted to a wall inside the building adjacent the entry way.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for generating post-burial audio communications from surviving family members, friends, and loved ones by adapting a burial casket or other container of remains of the departed with an electronic audio communication system that automatically generates post-burial communications within or in proximity to the casket. The burial casket is thus adapted with an audio message system containing electronically stored audio and music files that are automatically played in accordance with a programmed schedule thereby allowing surviving members means for communicating to the deceased for a period of time after burial. A date tracking timer allows for the selective broadcast of audio content automatically in accordance with user programmed and selected scheduling.

The first, second and third hinges are preferably torsion bar hinges with the first hinge biasing the exterior case members to an open position and the second and third springs biasing the interior frame members toward interior surfaces of the exterior case members. One or both of the exterior case members are preferably provided with a latch structure which allows the folding case to be latched in a closed position. The dimensions of the folding case are preferably such that the case can be carried in a pocket or purse when it is folded into the closed position.
