    Abstract: A lamp rod comprises a retaining seat and an inserting rod. A wire connecting box has a plurality of via holes at a periphery thereof. A lateral side of the retaining seat extends with an inserting portion exactly passing through the via hole of the wire connecting box. A positioning ring is positioned at an interior of the wire connecting box for locking the inserting portion. One end of the retaining seat far away from the wire connecting box has two sliding grooves. One end of the inserting rod coupled to the retaining seat is installed with an inserting seat. Two sides of the inserting seat have stepped guide blocks. The guide blocks are exactly engaged with the two sliding grooves of the retaining seat. Thereby, in transfer and storage, the inserting rod can be pulled out from the wire connecting box so as to occupy a smaller space.

A mop handle or stick is then adapted to the rear of the adaptor. However, by simply rotating the adaptor, the adaptor will be further threaded on the vertical threaded portion of the T-shaped bar to precisely adjust the tightness of the adaptor to the T-shaped bar. When the pawl is pressed against the spring, an individual can quickly release the adaptor from the vertical portion of the T-shaped bar, which in turn releases the mop head.

    Abstract: An improved mounting apparatus which is adjustable for providing a safety breakaway capability for the attachment of post assemblies normally adjacent to a road or highway location wherein the vertical post assembly includes mounting holes located in a foundation therebelow. The improved breakaway apparatus includes a plurality of anchors fixedly secured to the foundation and a breakaway coupling interconnecting the anchor to the vertical post assembly. The breakaway coupling includes a weakened section to facilitate breaking thereof responsive to a lateral force exerted adjacent to the lower end of the vertical post assembly. Securement of the breakaway coupling to the anchor is provided by a unique lateral and vertical adjustment design by providing of a lateral clearance space between the lower support member and the collar aperture while at the same time providing an annular clearance space between the coupling support shoulder and the collar lip within the containment bore.

The standing table has three parts, which are screwed to each other via screw connections which are detachable by hand without tools. There is a first top part comprising the table top plate, and a second center part comprising the supporting construction for the table top plate, this part includes a supporting inner tube which is concentrically received within an outer standing tube surrounding the inner tube. Furthermore, the standing table has a third bottom part including the base plate and possibly a step ring, this bottom part being connectable with the bottom end of the second part. For the screw connection among the three parts, it is possible to arrange, for example, top and bottom centering rings in the outer standing tube, such top and bottom rings each receive a threaded ring which is screwed to an outside thread of the inner tube.

The coupling is retained on the adaptor via a snap-fit connection when the male portion of the coupling is received in the receptacle of the adaptor.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a combination hybrid splice sleeve which has a threaded end for making a mechanical joint with a male thread on a rebar end, and an opposite end open for receiving a second rebar, which need not be threaded, for making a grout joint between the sleeve and the second rebar. This sleeve has a tapering cross section between a wide end and a narrow end, with internal radial ridges of constant height spaced between the two opposite ends. A threaded cylindrical bore is axially aligned in the wide end for screwing to a first rebar. The narrow end is open for receiving a second rebar. Two grout ports open radially into the sleeve. The first grout port is near to the narrow end, and the second grout port is proximal to the threaded bore. The second grout port is of smaller aperture than the first grout port, for partially restricting out flow of grout injected through the first grout port, to encourage filling of the sleeve by building up some back pressure.

The gland nut comprises a circular top defining a circular beveled opening, an integral flange spaced apart from the top parallel and concentric with the top, and an internally threaded, tubular body extending from the top to the flange defining a passageway concentric with the beveled opening and the flange. The body has a plurality of radially spaced apart raised ribs longitudinally disposed on its exterior. The underside of the top and the body define an integral, beveled shoulder disposed interiorly within the passageway. The insert comprises two separate, mirror image halves adapted to be folded together when the insert is forced into the pipe.

The module(s) containing a telescoping feature are optimally positioned at the end(s) of the post and fixedly attached to the post holding strips. The strips, which hold the posts' ends, may be hingedly attached to the front and back covers. The telescoping feature permits the binder to be automatically compacted (when not in use), for efficient storage, and temporarily expanded (when in use), to provide space for the user to insert/remove paper or modules. The modules which make up the post are easily locked and unlocked.
