Tool Having Pitch-stabilizing Ridge Patents (Class 408/184)
  • Patent number: 11642733
Abstract: A repairing tool for an electric wire threading head for pressing and squeezing a drawing-in wire of the electric wire includes a first holding part, a second holding part opposite to the first holding part, and two positioning bolts for fastening the first holding part and the second holding part. A first half screw hole and a second half screw hole are protrudingly formed on the first holding part and the second holding part to form a complete screw hole. The drawing-in wire is pressed and squeezed through the positive rotation or reverse rotation of the repairing tool to form an external screw thread part and increase a screw thread area, and the surface of the external screw thread part is applied with instant dry adhesive and rotated into a pulling head, so that the drawing-in wire is closely adhered to the pulling head and tensile strength is improved.

Abstract: A circulating tool for cutting of workpieces including a carrier element that bears at least one cutter blade insert in an exactly positioned manner. A device is provided for adjusting the position of the insert relative to the carrier element and a clamping device is provided using a clamping claw, with which the insert can be fixed in the adjusted position relative to the carrier element in that the clamping claw presses the insert flat against a support surface. In order to be able to use indexable inserts of any form without providing weakening openings and to obtain the greatest possible measure of free space for configuring the tool and shaving removal with a space-saving configuration of the adjusting and clamping apparatus, the insert is accommodated in a pocket of the clamping claw and the support surface is directly constructed on the carrier element.

  • Patent number: 5918652
Abstract: A mechanism that attaches to a plunge router, particularly when the router is used in a router table, to conveniently and accurately move the router body relative to the router base in order to adjust the position of a router bit in the router relative to the router table. Substantial excursions are made by moving a handle up or down using a handle or a foot pedal, and small excursions are made using a micro-adjust mechanism that has a detent set screw and cooperating structure to facilitate adjustment of the micro-adjust mechanism by very small predetermined increments.

  • Patent number: 5480271
Abstract: An adjustable die assembly having a ring structure with a clear central aperture for locating the ring structure along an axial length of a rod to have threads repaired or cut, and having a plurality of thread cutting chaser inserts connected to tool blocks which are slidable radially on said ring, each tool block connected to a threaded adjustment shaft, threaded into said ring for adjusting the radial position of each chaser insert. Alternatively, each threaded adjustment rod can be provided with a pinion gear, and a rim gear can be in mesh with each pinion gear, and a gear device can be provided for turning the rim gear to simultaneously adjust all chasers radially.

  • Patent number: 4592399
Abstract: A rotary cutter assembly for cutting or milling the edge of a workpiece which is formed of layers of different materials. The rotary cutter assembly comprises a first cutter head and a separate second cutter head disposed in mutual coaxial relationship. The rotary cutter assembly is adapted for rotation about the mutual coaxial axis. The first cutter head includes at least one cutter blade pocket open to the perimeter of the first cutter head, a cutter blade received within the cutter blade pocket with its cutting edge protruding from the pocket opening beyond the perimeter of the first cutter head, and an adjustment device for adjusting the distance by which the cutting edge of the cutter blade protrudes beyond the perimeter of the cutter head. The second cutter head includes at least one cutting edge formed in the perimeter of the second cutter head.
