Abstract: A nut and bolt cover apparatus is preferably made from three pieces. A cover piece may be placed over a nut and may have an adapter piece placed over the cover. An exterior cover may be releasably attached to the adapter piece and may squeeze a portion of the adapter piece as the exterior cover is releasably attached to the adapter. Squeezing the adapter piece preferably compresses the cover piece and causes the cover piece to grip the nut of a nut and bolt assembly while the adapter piece grips the cover piece. Removing the exterior cover may relieve the compression forces causing the adapter piece to grip the cover piece and the cover piece to grip a nut, thus permitting the nut and bolt cover apparatus to be removed.

Abstract: A universal safety end cap includes a body, provided therein with a receiving portion. The receiving portion has a plurality of segments of different diameters and lengths. The segments are such arranged that the segment having the least diameter is closest to a close end of the receiving portion while the segment having the greatest diameter is farthest from the close end and open to an open end of the receiving portion, so that the receiving portion is capable of fittingly receiving sharp ends of different specifications therein. The universal safety end cap, when removably mounted around a sharp end of a steel bar, a steel rod, an iron component, an aluminum component, a preformed stick-shaped material, a mechanical device, furniture, or a public facility, helps to protect relevant workers or the public from accidents and secure their priceless life. The end cap can also incorporate esthetic design for decoration.

Abstract: A wheel lock includes a key engaging member and a rotatable sleeve. The key engaging member has a threaded opening for receiving a bolt and a key shaped end for mating with a key. The rotatable sleeve surrounds at least a portion of the key engaging member. The rotatable sleeve is attached to the key engaging member and is capable of rotating around the key engaging member. The wheel lock may further include a spring washer for attaching the rotatable sleeve to the key engaging member. The rotatable sleeve is capable of rotating around the key engaging member without causing the threaded opening of the key engaging member to rotate. The key engaging member is configured such that the key engaging member rotates when a shaped protrusion of the key is mated with the key shaped end of the key engaging member and the key is rotated.
