Abstract: A lift that is configured to securely lift, carry and deposit a control unit using three degrees of movement. The lift comprises a chassis having a support frame and a power source connected to the support frame. A pivot member rotatably connects to the support frame, wherein the pivot member has a pivot plate and a rod rotatably connected to the pivot plate. A lift frame connects to the rod of the pivot plate, wherein a lift arm rotatably connects to the lift frame. The lift further comprises a pressurized fluid drive operatively connected to the power source and operatively connected to the pivot plate, the lift frame and the lift arm. The fluid drive is configured to reciprocally move the pivot plate, the lift frame and the lift arm such that the lift arm moves in three degrees of movement with respect to the chassis.

Abstract: A manipulator for use with a lift truck includes a guide assembly mountable on a mast of a lift truck, a carriage assembly supported for movement along the guide assembly, and an arm assembly mounted on the carriage assembly for supporting a lift truck attachment such as a clamping apparatus. The arm assembly may include two arms pivotable with respect to each other about a substantially vertical axis. The manipulator can move a load in a widthwise direction of a lift truck and between opposite widthwise sides of a lift truck.
Abstract: A jig assembly which includes a universal joint to enable three-dimensional movement of a workpiece or handling device attached thereto. The assembly is particularly useful for enabling translation and rotational movement of heavy machinery and components for servicing and maintenance. The jig assembly may comprise one or more ball joints which may be moved by actuators such as hydraulic cylinder. The assembly may be provided on its own movable frame, or it may be attached to a front end of a loader.

Abstract: An attachment for industrial trucks, especially lift trucks, is designed as a multi-articulated lever mechanism (11), preferably as a three-hinge arm. This is articulated to a support plate (1), which can be locked and/or fixed in a bracket of the industrial truck. The lever arms (5, 6, 7) of the lever mechanism (11) are rotatable in relation to one another in articulated axles (3, 8, 10), and can be driven, individually and/or in a simultaneous movement, at least in the horizontal direction by mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical devices. A load pickup device (12), which can be used preferably as a pivoting retractable fork, is arranged at the last, freely hanging lever arm (7). At least one of the lever arms (5 or 6 or 7) is adjustable in height along its articulated axle (3 or 8 or 10).
Abstract: A three-stage mast (1) for a forklift truck and a forklift truck incorporating the mast (1). The mast (1) has an outer mast section (2) for mounting on the truck. A middle mast section (5) is slidably movable on the outer mast section (2) by rams (7). An inner mast section (12) is slidably mounted on the middle mast section (5) and carries a fork carriage (14). Lifting chains (20) and lowering chains (30) extend between the inner mast section (12) and outer mast section (2) passing over intermediate guides (24, 31) on the middle mast section (5). The chains (20, 30) raise and lower the inner mast section (12) on the middle mast section (5) when the rams (7) are operated. Similarly lifting chains (26) and lowering chains (34) extend between the middle mast section (5) and the fork carriage (14) via guides (27, 35) on the inner mast section (12) for movement of the fork carriage (14) on the inner mast section (12).

Abstract: A fork lift truck includes a mast support bar to which the mast supporting carriage and fork lift tines are mounted. The mast support bar includes a central arc-shape segment on which a concentric arc-shape mast support sleeve is slidably mounted. The mast is mounted to the sleeve and power means are provided to slide the sleeve in either direction on the mast support bar. When the fork lift truck encounters uneven ground so that the wheels on one side of the truck are higher than the wheels on the other, the operator will slide the mast support sleeve with respect to the mast support bar to keep the mast in a vertical position over the truck.
