Patent number: 12044127Abstract: A belt line installation device is an apparatus designed to allow for the installation of two cranes to be mounted on a common piece of framework for use in mining. The first crane connects to the device and is installed upside down and on the left side of a conveyer where it can be used to install bottom mounted hardware on the conveyor. The second crane is installed on the top center of the invention to install top mounted hardware. This second crane also assists in loading the first crane and associated bottom mounted hardware from the pallet of hardware. The device is mounted on any quick attach equipment, such as a tele-handler or skid steer. Each crane can be powered by a PTO takeoff from nearby equipment or can be powered by a 12-volt hydraulic power pack. Each crane will be provided with wireless or pendant remote controls and a dead man switch.Type: GrantFiled: September 23, 2021Date of Patent: July 23, 2024Assignee: 101219508 Sa katchewan Ltd.Inventor: Terry Johnson

Patent number: 8037952Abstract: A control system for a walk behind loader which includes a control plate that is mounted to a shaft about an upright axis, wherein pivoting the control plate about the upright axis provides a steering input to the loader. A control handle is pivotally mounted about a generally horizontal axis and movable to provide for a direction and speed control input coupling through a control link. The control handle is mounted onto a handle mounting section section, that in turn is pivotally mounted to a support about an axis that is substantially coincident with the an axis coupling the handle to the control link, so that the control handle can be moved as the handle mounting section pivots between a raised and lowered position without causing a change in the position of controls controlled by the handle.Type: GrantFiled: September 23, 2008Date of Patent: October 18, 2011Assignee: Clark Equipment CompanyInventor: Timothy Bock

Patent number: 7441494Abstract: An industrial truck includes a tiltable lifting mast (1), a first tilting cylinder (2), and a second tilting cylinder (3). The two tilting cylinders (2, 3) are of double-acting design and are connected hydraulically in parallel. Two hydraulic lines (5, 6) are provided for the purpose of supplying hydraulic fluid to the tilting cylinders (2, 3). In order to simplify the design of the industrial truck, according to the invention the hydraulic lines (5, 6) open out at the cylinder base of the first tilting cylinder (2) and/or at a component (joint eye 10) adjacent thereto, the cylinder base and/or the component (joint eye 10) being formed at least partially as a hydraulic distributor.Type: GrantFiled: July 6, 2006Date of Patent: October 28, 2008Assignee: Linde Material Handling GmbHInventors: Holger Aulbach, Peter Elsesser, Dieter Steigerwald, Walter Stenke

Patent number: 5513936Abstract: A transfer mechanism for moving container between over/under, entrance/exit gravity rollerway conveyors also holds the containers at a position for user interface in removing articles from or inserting articles into the container. The power operated scissors mechanism moves the carriage vertically between the conveyors, while a first piston-cylinder tilts the carriage at an angle to match an aligned conveyor with respect to a first axis and a second piston-cylinder tilts the carriage about a second orthogonally arranged axis to determine an appropriate user interface tilt. An automatic control, in response to a single input command from the user, cycles the carriage for unloading a container, loading a new container, and placing the new container at a predetermined user position. Additional user commands can override the predetermined user position to adjust the tilt and height of the carriage for the user, which adjustment may be temporary or stored as a new predetermined user position.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 1994Date of Patent: May 7, 1996Assignee: The Champion CompanyInventor: Carl W.
