  • Patent number: 9846005
Abstract: The present invention discloses a magazine loader device (1) for firearms which consists of a lower section (1A) and upper section (1B). The upper section (1B) receives individual vertically-oriented cartridges from the hopper (61), turns them in the right direction using a rotating mechanism (32, 33, 34, and 35), which is the essential part of the upper section (1B), and pushes them towards the lower section (1A). The lower section (1A) pushes the correctly facing cartridges (N) into the magazine (20) which is inserted into the hollow grip (21B, 22B) of the lower section (1A). The tripping plunger (17) is an essential element of the lower section (1A) which in cooperation with the controlling curve (13E) pushes the cartridge pusher (20A) or the preceding cartridge down by a characterized in that, enables the next cartridge to enter the magazine, and timely retracts, so the cartridge (N) can be pushed into the magazine until the end. The lower section (1A) of the device can also be used independently.

Abstract: The present invention is related to hammer and hammer spring assembly from firearms especially but, not limited to, Stoner Automatic Rifle (SAR) variants, other firearms and other non-firearm mechanisms. The system and method is intended to relieve the hammer spring pressure during removal and installation the hammer. This is accomplished by capturing the hammer and spring legs onto a retainer which holds the spring legs in a position that does not engage any of the nearby features and allows the hammer, spring and retainer to float freely as one assembly on the hammer rotating pin. The system may utilize different shape retainers for other spring shapes and the spring spoon may have other cavity shapes to facilitate manipulating spring legs that are formed to engage on or over pins or other features for use in other firearms or non-firearm assemblies.

  • Patent number: 8875433
Abstract: The present invention involves techniques for rapid, flexible, partial and supplemental reloading of firearms using specialized actions, intermediate storage devices/feeds and multiple magazines, which may, in some embodiments, be simultaneously engaged with a firearm. The techniques disclosed include a feeding system, which may be a multiple-magazine feeding system, that allows a firearm to remain loaded and firing-ready with multiple loaded cartridges at all times, even during reloading operations. The invention also includes other techniques for flexible, non-wasteful, partially-empty reloading, to eliminate reloading paralysis, and allow the soldier or other user, not the size of a magazine, to determine when firing should continue and when and if it should pause.

  • Patent number: 8726561
Abstract: A tool, implement or apparatus and a method of use of the tool, implement or apparatus to aid in the disassembly and assembly of a firearm magazine for cleaning, maintenance or repair when that magazine has a sealed base plate and requires the removal of the spring and spring follower from the top of the magazine. The tool consists of two parts—a body and a pin. The method consists of using the tool body to apply a pushing force or compressing operation directly to the magazine follower and thereby compressing the follower and the magazine spring. The pin is inserted through the magazine box through witness holes to release spring tension from the follower allowing it to be removed. During reassembly, the tool body is used to apply a pushing force or compressing operation directly to the magazine spring compressing it into the magazine box and holding it in place to allow insertion of the pin through the magazine witness holes and to allow insertion of the follower.
