Abstract: The invention relates to a composition to be applied to the skin and superficial body growths, comprising an aqueous dispersion of particles of film-forming polymer and an aqueous suspension of particles of at least partially crosslinked solid elastomeric polyorganosiloxane. The invention also relates to a process for caring for or making up keratin substances, which comprises applying the composition to the keratin substances. The composition makes it possible to obtain a film which has good staying power, is water-resistant and feels comfortable.

Abstract: A cosmetic composition for coating keratin fibers, in particular the eyelashes. The composition can provide a waterproof coating that curls the keratin fibers. The composition comprises at least one lamellar filler, and an aqueous phase dispersed in a liquid fatty phase containing at least one volatile organic solvent.
